إذا كان ظهور الحركة العمالية بأوربا قد إرتبط بظهور الثورة الصناعية والنهضة العلمية، أين كان لهذا التطور الصناعي الدور الكبير في نشأتها وتطورها وبلوغها أرقى أشكال التنظيم النقابي؛ فإن ظهورها في العالم الثالث عموماً والوطن العربي على الخصوص، قد إرتبط بالوجود الإستعماري في هذه المجتمعات، كوسيلة لمحاربة أرباب العمل والدفاع عن مصالح العمال المادية والمعنوية، والعمل السياسي للتخلص من السيطرة والإستغلال الرأسمالي. والحركة العمالية الجزائرية تعد نموذجا لهذا الحركات على المستوى الشمال الإفريقي، برزت كحركة اجتماعية تهدف إلى ضرورة السعي المشترك لأجل إنشاء جبهة تضامن قصد تحقيق أهداف مشتركة وقصد التمكن من الدفاع عن حقوقها المشروعة، بمعنى انتشال الطبقة العاملة الكادحة من الضعف والتشتت من جهة، وبناء قوة إجتماعية لمواجهة القوى الرأسمالية الإستعمارية من جهة أخرى. ومن الطبيعي أن تتواجد ظروف وعوامل عدة؛ سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية ساهمت في بروز الحركة العمالية الجزائرية وتحديدا بفرنسا، خلال السنوات التي أعقبت نهاية الحرب العالمية الأولى. وعلى هذا الأساس سنتعرف على الظروف والآليات التي ساعدت وساهمت في تشكل هذه الحركة التي تعد أحد أشكال النضال الجزائري ضد المستعمر الفرنسي.

And the Algerian worked movement at the level of the north of African, it emerged a social movement aim to the common attempt for create a front of solidarity, its purpose is realizing the unit purposes and defense about its legal rights that’s mean save the worked lager from the partition and the weakness in side, and build a social power for oppose the colonial capitalist powers in another side. Naturally, the existence of a lot of political, economics and socials conditions and factors had participated in the appearance of the Algerian worked movement exactly in France in the years after the first world wide war. From this point we will be know. The conditions and the means that had helped and participated in the creation of this movement which represent a model of the Algerian straggling against the French colonization against in a side.
