المستخلص: تعد حياة الإنسان سلسلة من المواقف التعليمية التي تختلف في درجة بساطتها أو تعقيدها من مجرد ملاحظة الموقف، أو قراءة المعلومة وتخزينها واسترجاعها، إلى مستويات أكثر تقدماً ورقياً تتمثل في توسيل المعلومات وفق عمليات تفكير عليا مركبة كالتفكير الناقد، والتفكير الإبداعي، والتي تسهم في تحسين مستوى الفرد وتقدمه، وانعكاس ذلك على مجتمعه الذي يعيش فيه (الجراح ،٢٠٠٣ ؛٤٥). وبما أن مجتمع البحث الحالي هم من طلبة الجامعة التي تعد الشريحة الواعية وعليها تقع مسؤولية إعداد قادة وعلماء المستقبل الذين يستطيعون الإمساك بناصية العلم وأساليبه التطبيقية (النبهان، ٠٢ ٢٠؛ ١٠٥). وتعمل على صقل شخصية الفرد وتطوير مواهبه وزيادة إمكانياته الإبداعية والفكرية (الراوي، 2001؛101). لذا ينبغي أن تعمل الجامعة برامجها ومناهجها وأنشطتها على تنمية قدرات الذكاء المتعدد لدى الطلبة بطرائق وأساليب منظمة وحديثة (الدوري، ٠٢ ٢٠: ٩٦). ومن هذا المنطلق برزت أهمية البحث الحالي الذي يهدف إلى: 1. تعرف الانتماء الاجتماعي لدى طلبة الجامعة. 2. تعرف توسيل المعلومات لدى طلبة الجامعة. 3. التعرف على العلاقة بين الانتماء الاجتماعي توسيل المعلومات. وقد اقتصر هذا البحث على طلبة كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية الدراسات الصباحية والمسائية ومن كلا الجنسين (ذكور وإناث) وتم اختيار (١٠٠) طالب وطالبة بالأسلوب العشوائي. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تبنى الباحث مقياس الانتماء الاجتماعي (للعبودي)، واستخرج الصدق الظاهري والثبات باستخدام طريقة التجزئة النصفية وبلغ معامل الثبات (0.81) وتالف المقياس بصيغته النهائية من (٧٤) فقرة. كما تبنى الباحث مقياس توسيل المعلومات لدى طلبة الجامعة (الصريفي ،2008)، واستخرج له الصدق الظاهري كما استخرج الثبات باستعمال طريقة التجزئة النصفية وبلغ معامل الثبات (0.84) يتألف من (٦٢) فقرة وبعد تطبيق المقاييس على عينة البحث وتطبيق البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائياً كانت أهم النتائج: 1. يزيد متوسط الانتماء الاجتماعي لديهم عن المتوسط الفرضي للمقياس. 2. يقل متوسط توسيل المعلومات لديهم عن المتوسط الفرضي للمقياس. 3. وجود علاقة إيجابية بين الانتماء الاجتماعي توسيل المعلومات. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصى الباحث بضرورة وضع برامج تعليمية لتنمية أساليب توسيل المعلومات لدى طلبة الجامعة من خلال شبكات المعلومات (الإنترنت) وتكييفها على البيئة العراقية من قبل الجهات المسؤولة في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي. واقترح الباحث عدداً من الدراسات والبحوث العلمية منها: إجراء دراسات مشابهة للبحث الحالي على فئات عمرية مختلفة وفي مراحل دراسية أخري ومقارنة نتائجها مع نتائج البحث الحالي.

In this sense emerged importance of current research, which aims to: -1Know the social belonging among university students. -2taraf Tosel information among university students. -3Identify the relationship between social affiliation Tosel information. This research has been limited to students of the Faculty of Education Sciences humanitarian morning and evening studies and both sexes (males and females) were selected (100) students indiscriminate manner. To achieve the objectives of the research adopted a researcher social affiliation scale (for Abbouda), and extract the virtual honesty and consistency using retail midterm way and reached reliability coefficient (0.81) and corrupted measure in its final form (74) Vqrh.kma built researcher Tosel information measure of university students (Abafa 0.2008), and extracted a virtual honesty as validity and reliability using the retail method midterm stood reliability coefficient (0.84) consists of (62) Vqrh.obad application of standards on a sample of research and application of data and processed statistically was the most important results: -1The average social affiliation have on average premise of the scale. -2The average Tosel information they have on average premise of the scale. -3The existence of a positive relationship between social affiliation Tosel information. In light of the search results researcher recommended the need to develop educational programs for the development of methods Tosel information among university students through information networks (the Internet) and adapted the Iraqi environment by the responsible authorities in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The researcher proposed a number of scientific studies and research, including: Conduct similar studies of the current research on the different age groups and in other stages of study and compare the results with the current search results.
