520 |d On considére que l'analyse phonologique du langage humain un des sujets les plus importants qui a intéresse les scientifiques de l'ère moderne. Malgré les progrès et le développement qu'ont attaint ces scientifiques phonologues en occident, beaucoup de linguistiques arabes ont des points de vie différents au tour de certaines affaires et leur role dans l'analyse linguisique a ses différents nivaux lorsque cela concerne codification de langue arabe Phonologiquement et parmi ces affaires étude de accent et étude des syllables et les problems qui s'y posent.\nCette recherché essaye d'arriver à une analyse objective découvrant les caractéristiques de la langue arabe à ce niveau d'analyse en montrant l'importamce de cette étude dans l'explication de certaines affaires aux autres niveaux, surtout parmi eux le niveau morphologique. 
520 |a يعتبر التحليل الفنولوجي للسان البشري من أهم الموضوعات التي شغلت علماء الأصوات في العصر الحديث. وبالرغم من التوسع والتطور الذي شهده لدى أعلام الفونولوجيا الغربيين، فإن كثيرا من لغويينا لا يزالون مختلفين حول بعض قضاياه ودورها في التحليل اللساني في مستوياته المختلفة حين يتعلق الأمر بالتقنين للسان العربي فنولوجيا، ومن بين تلك القضايا مبحث النبر ومبحث المقاطع وما يتصل بهما من مسائل. وهذا البحث يحاول الوصول إلى تحليل موضوعي يكشف خصائص العربية الفصحى في هذا المستوى من التحليل، ويبين أهمية هذه الدراسة في تفسير بعض القضايا على المستويات الأخرى خاصة منها المستوى الصرفي. 
520 |f Phonological analysis of the human tongue is one of the most important topics of concern to modern phonologists. Despite the expansion and development of Western phonology, many linguists still disagree on some of its issues and its role in the linguistic analysis at different levels when it comes to the codification of the Arabic language technologically. Among those issues are the accent, the syllables, and other related issues. This research attempts to reach an objective analysis that reveals the characteristics of classical Arabic at this level of analysis. It shows the importance of this study in the interpretation of some issues at other levels, especially the morphological level.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
