المستخلص: إن الحديث عن مبدأ الكفاءات وهو يتوسط بين الاكتساب والبحث اللساني التعليمي، يجريا مباشرة إلي الحديث عن المصطلحات اللسانية التي استطاعت أن تساهم في إثراء الكثير من المباحث التعليمية، واللافت للانتباه في هذا الموضوع ذلك التقاطع المنهجي الحاصل بين الدرس اللساني ومفهوم الكفاءة الذي نُعت فيما بعد نتيجة احتكاكه بالمدونة اللسانية اللغوية بفعل المقاربات. وبما أن الاكتساب اللغوي غدا يساهم في الكثير من المفاهيم والإجراءات المتعلقة بالإطار التعليمي التوجيهي أوجب علينا الإشارة إليه من منظور التراث العربي والغربي. وفي حدود ورقتنا البحثية اقتطفنا شخصيتين نراهما متميزتين في تعاملهما مع الاكتساب اللغوي، الأولى كانت عربية (ابن خلدون)، والثانية من الغرب (تشومسكي).

Speaking of the principle of competences that is between acquisition and research in educational linguistics, leads us directly to talk about linguistic terms that have been able to contribute to the enrichment of a large number of educational topics, and striking at this topic as the systematic intersection quotient between the lingual lesson and the concept of efficiency, which later qualified as a result of its collaboration with the language dictionary by the approaches. Since language acquisition contributes to many concepts and procedures related to the educational setting, we must refer to it from the point of view of Arab and Western heritage. As part of our research article, we took two distinct personalities in linguistic acquisition, one Arabic (Ibn Khaldun) and the other Western (Chomsky).

En parlant du principe des compétences qui est entre l'acquisition et la recherche en linguistique éducative, nous amène directement à parler de termes linguistiques qui ont été en mesure de contribuer à l'enrichissement d'un grand nombre de thèmes éducatifs, et frappant à ce sujet que le quotient d'intersection systématique entre la leçon linguale et le concept d'efficacité, qui a qualifié plus tard à la suite de sa collaboration avec le dictionnaire linguistique par les approches. L'acquisition linguistique contribuant à de nombreux concepts et procédures liés au cadre éducatif, nous devons nous y référer du point de vue du patrimoine arabe et occidental. Dans le cadre de notre article de recherche, nous avons pris deux personnalités distinctes dans l’acquisition linguistique, l’une arabe (Ibn Khaldun) et l’autre occidentale (Chomsky).
