|f Partnership contracts are considered to be contracts through which the state or one of its public institutions are entrusted to a person from among the persons of private law for the purpose of completing an infrastructure related project through which the private person assumes a comprehensive task involving many operations. It is initially reflected in the undertaking of an accomplishment where this partner is made responsible for the management and operation of the completed public facility subject to the partnership contract project. That is in addition to the regular maintenance of this facility, its modernization and development, leading to the transfer of ownership of this public facility to the public partner, which is considered to be the original owner of it.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|d Les contrats de partenariat sont considérés comme étant des contrats par lesquels l’Etat ou un établissement public de l’Etat confie à une personne de droit privé, en vue d'achever un des projets d'infrastructure. le partenaire privé s’occupe une mission globale, consistant en divers opérations, de la conception du projet, de son financement et de sa réalisation. De même qu’il prenne en charge, par la suite, l’entretien, la maintenance et la gestion de ce service public ainsi que sa modernisation, le cas échéant; avec la perspective de le céder, à l’issu du contrat, au partenaire public.

|a تعتبر عقود الشراكة، عقود تعهد من خلالها الدولة أو أحد مؤسساتها العامة، إلى شخص من أشخاص القانون الخاص بهدف انجاز أحد المشاريع المرتبطة بالبنى التحتية يتولى من خلالها الشخص الخاص بمهمة شاملة تتضمن العديد من العمليات، تتمثل بداية في القيام بإنجاز يتكلف هذا الشريك بعملية إدارة وتشغيل المرفق العام المنجز موضوع مشروع عقد الشراكة، فضلا عن الصيانة الدورية لهذا المرفق وتحديثه وتطويره وصولا إلى نقل ملكية هذا المرفق العام إلى الشريك العام الذي يعتبر المالك الأصلي له.
