أهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على سمات المعلم القدوة في التربية الإسلامية ومدى توافرها لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الإسلامية من وجهة نظر الطلاب ويتوقع الباحث أن تسفر نتائج البحث عن الكشف عن توفر جانباً كبيراً من مواصفات القدوة الصالحة لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الإسلامية نظراً لحسن تأهيل واختيار الجامعة لمنسوبيها من أعضاء هيئة التدريس عن طريق الأقسام العلمية المختلفة. مجتمع البحث: تكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلاب البكالوريوس في الجامعة الإسلامية في المستويات السادس والسابع والثامن وطلاب الدراسات العليا خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1439/1438هـ. نتائج البحث: 1- توافر سمات المعلم القدوة لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة كما يدركها الطلاب بدرجة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.28). 2- جاءت السمات الأخلاقية في مقدمة السمات المتوافرة بمتوسط حسابي (2.48)، يليها المواصفات الشخصية بمتوسط حسابي (2.28)، وأخيراً المواصفات المهنية بمتوسط حسابي (2.05). 3- تمثلت أكبر السمات الشخصية توافراً لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في اهتمامهم بحسن المظهر والهندام، واستخدامهم الألفاظ المهذبة مع طلبتهم، وتعاملهم مع طلبتهم بهدوء وروية. وتمثل أقلها توافراً في سؤالهم عن طلبتهم أثناء غيابهم. 4- تمثلت أكبر السمات المهنية توافراً لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في تشجيعهم طلبتهم على القراءة والبحث، وتميزهم بالقدرة على ضبط القاعة، وتدرجهم في تقديم المعلومة للطلبة. فيما تمثلت أقل السمات المهنية توافراً في مشاركتهم طلبتهم في بعض أنشطتهم. 5- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=a) بين متوسطات إجابات الطلاب في درجة توافر مواصفات القدوة الصالحة لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، وكانت الفروق في صالح طلاب الدراسات العليا. وقد أوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات بناء على نتائج الدراسة.
Summary of the research The research aims to identify the characteristics of the role model in Islamic education and the extent of its availability among the members of the teaching staff at the Islamic University from the point of view of the students and the researcher expected that the results of the search will reveal the availability of a large part of the specifications of the role model in the faculty members of the university Islamic University in view of the good qualification and selection of the university for its staff members of the teaching staff through the various scientific departments The research community: The study society shall be students of the bachelor degree in the Islamic University in the sixth, seventh and eighth levels and the postgraduate students during the second semester of the academic year 1438/1439 AH research results: The availability of features of the teacher role model among the faculty members of the Islamic University in Madinah, as recognized by the students in a medium degree, with an average of 2.28. Ethical characteristics were found in the top of the available features with an average of 2.48, followed by personal characteristics with an average of 2.28, and finally the professional specifications with an average of 2.05. The most personal traits available to faculty members were their interest in good looks and accents, the use of polite language with their students, and their calm and gentle interaction with their students. The least of them were available to ask about their students during their absence. The most professional features available to faculty members in encouraging students to read and research, and distinguished by the ability to control the hall, and include in providing information to students. While the lowest professional characteristics were available in their students' participation in some of their activities There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the average responses of students in the degree of availability of good role models among faculty members at the Islamic University in Madinah. Differences were in favor of postgraduate students
