يتميز كل فن من فنون العلم بضوابط معينة في التعاطي معه، ويقوم أهل هذا الفن بتطبيق هذه الضوابط على شتى موضوعاته وأبوابه، وليست العلوم الشرعية بمنأى عن هذه القاعدة المطردة؛ إذ أن لكل أهل فن من فنون الشريعة الغراء منهجيات معروفة عندهم، يسيرون عليها في تطبيق مفردات فنهم، وتقرير مسائله. ولتفسير كلام الله تعالى ونقل المرويات فيه منهجيات وأساليب عند أهل هذا الفن العظيم، سواء في ذلك ما يتعلق بالمرويات المرفوعة للمقام النبوي الكريم، أو الموقوفة على الصحابة الأجلاء ومن بعدهم من التابعين وأتباعهم. وتدور موضوعات هذا البحث حول مسألة هامة جديرة بالبحث والمناقشة والاستدلال والأخذ والرد؛ ألا وهي: ما هي الضوابط والقواعد المنهجية في قبول الأثر الموقوف في تفسير كلام الباري عز وجل. وقد قام البحث في مناقشة مسائل هذا الموضوع من خلال: مبحثين: المبحث الأول: تعريف الضابط والقاعدة والمنهج: وتعرض لتعريف هذه المصطلحات من منظور اللغة العربية ومنظور اصطلاح أهل العلم بتفسير القرآن العظيم، والربط بين المعنى اللغوي والاصطلاحي، وبيان نقطة الالتقاء بين التعريفين. المبحث الثاني: الضوابط والقواعد المنهجية في قبول الحديث الموقوف في تفسير القرآن الكريم: وفيه عرض لأهم هذه الضوابط، مع الاستدلال لها بأمثلة تطبيقية توضح كيف وضف أهل العلم هذه الأمثلة في بيان هذه القواعد، وكيفية تطبيقها على علم التفسير، حتى تتضح صورة هذه القواعد، وتظهر طريقة تطبيقها عند الحاجة لنقد الأثر وبيان قبوله من عدمه. وفي ختام البحث سجلت بعض النتائج التي توصل لها البحث. والحمد لله أولا وأخيرا.
Each art from the science arts is characterized by certain disciplines when dealing with it, and the people of this art apply these canons to various subjects and sections, the legal sciences are not immune to this steady base, as all people of art from the arts of Sharia honorable methodologies known to them, following them in applying the vocabulary of their art, and setting of its issues. To explain the words of Allah Almighty and the transfer of narrations in it, there are methods and styles for the people of this great art, whether in relation to the narrations raised to the Noble Prophecy, or suspended on the honorable Companions, and who coming after them from the followers and their followers. The topics of this research revolve around an important issue worthy of research, discussion, reasoning, introduction and response, namely: What are the canons and methodological rules in accepting the suspended tradition in interpreting the words of Allah the Almighty. The research discussed the issues of this subject through two studies: The first study: definition of the canon, the rule and the methodology: this study is exposed to the definition of these terms from the perspective of the Arabic language and the perspective of the scholars' terminology on the interpretation of the Great Quran, and the connection between the linguistic and the traditional meaning, and declaration the point of convergence between the two definitions. The second study: the canons and regulations in acceptance of suspended hadith in the interpretation of the Holy Quran: The presentation of the most important of these canons, with the inference with practical examples illustrate how the scholars described these examples in the statement of these rules, and how to apply them to the science of interpretation, until the image of these rules become clear, and show the method of application when the need to criticize the tradition whether accepted or not. At the end of the research, some of the findings of the research were recorded. Thanks for Allah first and last.
