هذا بحث بعنوان "الحفاظ على مقاصد الشريعة ودوره في ترسيخ القيم المجتمعية" تكلمت فيه عن مقاصد الخلق، وهي: العبادة، والعمران، والتزكية، وعن مقاصد الشرع، وهي تنقسم إلى أقسام عديدة، باعتبارات وحيثيات مختلفة، وتكلمت عن كيفية الحفاظ على مقاصد الشريعة، وبينت العلاقة بين المقاصد والقيم المجتمعية، وتوصلت إلى أن هناك تلازم بين المقاصد والقيم المجتمعية؛ فما من حكم شرعي إلا وفيه قيمة مجتمعية. لأن الله -سبحانه وتعالى- ما شرع حكما لعباده إلا لمصلحة، هذه المصلحة إما جلب نفع لهم، وإما دفع ضرر عنهم، هذه المصلحة هي المقصد من التشريع والباعث عليه، وفيه قيمة خلقية أو اجتماعية، فالأحكام الشرعية ما هي إلا قيم سامية، فكل حكم شرعي لا يخلو إما أن يكون أمرا بفعل يحقق قيمة اجتماعية، أو نهيا عن فعل يتنافى مع تلك القيمة. فالمقاصد الشرعية أوعية للقيم المجتمعية، وإذا تحققت المقاصد وحوفظ عليها تحققت القيم، وإذا اختلت المقاصد ولم يحافظ عليها اختلت القيم. ثم تكلمت عن أهم القيم المجتمعية: قيمة الأمن، فهو من أهم مقومات الحياة، وبه يتحقق صلاح الدنيا وعمارة الأرض. قيمة التعايش، فبها يتحقق الاستقرار والارتياح. قيمة التنمية، فهي ليست بعيدة عن مراد الشرع، وإنما تعد من أعظم مقاصده. قيمة العدل، فهو أساس العمران.
This is a research titled: "Preserving the purposes of sharia and its role in the establishing of societal values" in which I spoke about the purposes of creation, worship, urbanism and sponsorship, and the purposes of Sharia’s, which are divided into many sections, with different considerations and reasoning, I'm also spoke about how to preserve the purposes behind the importance of Sharia's and the relationship between Societal goals and values, within this discoveries we found that there is a correlation between societal purposes and values there is no legitimate provision that has societal value. Because Allah Ta'ala did not legislate for his servants except for the benefits of the creatures itself, this interest either bring benefit to them, or preventing the damages to them, this interest is the purpose of the legislation and the motive, and there is moral or social value, the legal provisions are only lofty values, so every legitimate ruling is not without either it is an act that achieves the value of social, or forbidding an act incompatible with that kind of value’s. Legitimate purposes are receptacles of societal values, and if the purposes are fulfilled and preserved, values are attained, and if the purposes are disrupted and preserved, the values are disrupted. I’m then spoke about the most important societal values: 1. The value of security is one of the most important components of life, with the achievement of the world and earth architecture. 2. The value of coexistence, it is achieved by stability and satisfaction. 3. The value of development is not far from what is meant by Sharia’s, but it is one of its greatest purposes. 4. The value of justice, it is the basis of building society
