المستخلص: نستنتج من هذه الدراسة وجود علاقة بين الثقافة والحضارة فالثقافة سابقة على الحضارة وهي أساس ظهور الحضارة وكذلك يوجد تساند وتداخل بين الثقافة والحضارة فوجود إحداهما يؤدي إلى وجود الأخرى.
وفي التعريف الاصطلاحي في بداية هذان المفهومان كان يوجد خلط بينهما فعند العلماء الفرنسيون كان مصطلح الحضارة يطلق على الحضارة والثقافة وعلى الرغم من ذلك فإنه يوجد فرق بين الثقافة والحضارة. ففي اللغة العربية كلمة حضارة تعني الإقامة في الحضر في مقابل البدو أو البادية وكلمة ثقافة تعني التقويم والإدراك والحذق والفهم والمهارة والثقافة تنتمي للإنسان وإنجازاته بينما الحضارة تنتمي للمجتمع وتطوره والثقافة تتميز بالتطور المستمر بينما الحضارة تتسم بالثبات وتخص المكان الذي تنشأ فيه الثقافة توجد لدى جميع المجتمعات المتخلفة والمتقدمة بينما الحضارة فهي تخص المجتمعات التي حققت إنجازات مادية وعملية. الثقافة نشاط محلي تختلف من بلدا إلى بلد آخر أما الحضارة فهي نشاط عالمي لا تختلف من بلد إلى بلد آخر. ارتباط الثقافة بالجوانب المعنوية كالقيم والعادات والتقاليد والأخلاق والجوانب الدينية والأدبية والفنية يجعلها في تغيرها أكثر بطأ من الحضارة. إن ارتباط الثقافة بالجانب المعنوي وارتباط الحضارة بالجانب المادي فعند تطور أحد هذين الجانبين بسرعة أكثر من الآخر وانتشاره بدرجة كبيرة داخل المجتمعات يجعله أكثر شمولية وعمومية من الآخر وهذا ما يجعل الثقافة أكثر شمولية وأعم وتشمل الحضارة التي تمثل الجانب المادي منها أو يجعل الحضارة أكثر شمولية وأعم وتشتمل الثقافة التي تمثل الجانب المعنوي منها وعندما يتساويان الثقافة والحضارة يعنيان الشيء نفسه.



We conclude from this study the existence of a relationship between culture and civilization. Culture precedes civilization and is the basis for the emergence of civilization. There are support and interlacing between culture and civilization. The presence of one leads to the existence of the other.
And in the terminological definition, at the beginning of these two concepts, there was confusion between them. For French scientists, the term civilization was called civilization and culture, although there was a difference between culture and civilization. In Arabic, the word “civilization” means living in urban versus Bedouin, while the word culture means regulating, maturity, acuity, understanding, and skill. Culture belongs to man and his accomplishments, while civilization belongs to society and its development. Culture is characterized by continuous development, while civilization is stable and belongs to the place where culture originates. It is found in all underdeveloped and developed societies, while civilization belongs to societies that have achieved material and practical achievements. Culture is a local activity that varies from country to country. Civilization is a global activity that does not differ from country to country. The association of culture with moral aspects such as values, customs, traditions, ethics, religious, literary, and artistic aspects makes it more slowly change than civilization. The correlation of culture to the moral side and the correlation of civilization to the material side. When one of these aspects develops more rapidly than the other, its spread to a large extent within societies makes it more comprehensive and general than the other. That's what makes culture more inclusive and more general. It includes the civilization that represents the material aspect or makes civilization more inclusive and more general and includes the culture that represents its moral aspect. When culture and civilization are equal, they mean the same.
