|b The social representations dedicated to the handicapped and the local memory has been increasing the edge of the handicapped exclusion. In fact, the society accepts some cases of handicapped with a higher degree. Once the handicap is more serious, the marginalization and the degradation is higher. Even Though, the representation does not display an objective truth, it reflects, in a neutral way, the levels of the individual’s awareness and the pile of topics and matters. This helps us to draw out mechanisms enabling us the representations of the society regarding the handicapped.

|a زادت ثقل التمثلات الاجتماعية الموجهة للإعاقة والذاكرة الشعبية من حدة إقصاء المعوق. إذ يقبل المجتمع بدرجة أكبر بعض الإعاقات، فكلما كانت الإعاقة عميقة كلما كان التهميش والتحقير أكبر. فالتمثل وإن كان لا يعبر عن حقيقة موضوعية فإنه يعكس بشكل موضوعي مستويات إدراك الأفراد والمجموعات للمواضيع والأشياء ويساعدنا على رسم آليات تمكننا من تغيير تمثلات المجتمع للإعاقة.
