المستخلص: يشغل الباحث أثناء كتابته مقالا، أو عند انتهائه من أطروحته، أو أي نص كان أيما كانت اللغة المستعملة، هو خلو النص المكتوب من الأخطاء، ومع أن تلك النصوص تعد جيدة بما تحتويه من معلومات قيمة وجديرة بالقراءة، إلا أنها قد تفتقر إلى عنصر في غاية الضرورة؛ ألا وهو سلامتها من جميع أخطاء الكتابة، وقد لا تؤدي مهمتها على أكمل وجه بسبب كثرة الأخطاء، ويعرف التصحيح بأنه عمل علمي قائم على حماية اللغة من الأخطاء إلا أننا نجد نفس الاهتمام انتقل إلى مجال المعالجة الآلية للغة، منذ بداية هذا الاختصاص، وهو تدخل الحاسوب والبرمجيات المتخصصة لإظهار الأخطاء واقتراح الحلول ويعد برنامج آيسبل من أهم ما توصلت إليه مراكز البحوث التقنية، ومن هذا المنطلق نطرح الإشكال الآتي: كيف يتعامل الحاسوب مع الأخطاء اللغوية ؟ وما مدى نجاح برنامج آيسبل في اقتراح الحلول البديلة للأخطاء اللغوية؟
