|a عنوان البحث حديث )هدايا العمال غلول( تخريجا وفقها. موضوع البحث جمع ودراسة طرق هذا الحديث والأحكام الفقهية المستنبطة منه . مشكلة البحث • اختلاف أقوال العلماء في تحسين أو تضعيف هذا الحديث . • وجود بعض الأحاديث المعارضة له في الظاهر مما يحتاج إلى ايضاح وجمع . • عدم وجود دراسات حديثية لألفاظ وشواهد الحديث مفردة في هذه المسألة . حدود البحث • تخريج الحديث من جميع كتب السنة التي أقف عليها . جمع الأحكام المتعلقة بهذا الحديث تخريجا وفقها . أهداف البحث • جمع ما تفرق من أقوال الأئمة في هذا الحديث تخريجا وفقها • الجمع بين الأحاديث التي ظاهرها التعارض مع هذا الحديث أهم النتائج 1. أصل الحديث بقصته وطوله في الصحيحين من رواية أبي حميد الساعدي 2. بعد جمع و دراسة طرق الحديث وصلتُ الى درجته وهي : حسن . 3. يوجد عدد من الأحاديث الصحيحة التي تعضد معنى الحديث بالإضافة إلى عدد من الآثار عن الصحابة والتابعين . 4. يمكن توجيه الاحاديث التي ظاهرها التعارض . 5. الأحاديث التي ظاهرها التعارض لا تقاوم أن تخالف الأحاديث الصريحة . 6. شملت الدراسة لـ(11) شاهد ،و(9) آثار، وحديث لا أصل له، وحديث موضوع، وحديثين ظاهرها التعارض . 7. يستحب قبول الهدية ويحرم إذا ترتب عليها ما يناقض الأصل . 8. الهدايا التي تهدى للقضاة ونحوهم هي صورة من صور الرشوة . 9. لا فرق في الهدايا للقضاة بين القليل والكثير، فكثيرها وقليها حرام .

|b Research Title: Hadith of “Employees’ Gifts are Theft” – Narration and Knowledge. Research Topic: Collecting and studying this hadith with the study of jurisprudence derived from it. Research Problem: Scholars differ in attesting or weakening this hadith. Some hadiths contradict this hadith. • Lack of Independent hadith studies on the topic. Research limitation: • Referring to the hadith in all books of Sunnah that I have. • Collecting Rulings of this hadith - narration and knowledge. • two contradicting hadiths. Research Objectives: • Collecting different scholars' opinions regarding this hadith - narration and knowledge. • Combining hadiths that show contradiction with this hadith. Main Findings: • After collecting and studying the hadith ways, I reached to its degree, which is good by the virtue of another hadith. • The study includes (11) witnesses, (9) traces, a hadith has no origin, a forged hadith, and Hadiths that contradict this hadith are short of contradicting the explicit hadiths. • Accepting gifts is recommended, but prohibited when contrary to the origin. • Knowing the difference between gifts and bribery helps to give gifts and avoid bribery. • Scholars of religious schools agree to prohibit accepting workers’ gifts. • Gifts, whether big or small, to judges and others, are a form of bribery. All are prohibited
