المستخلص: تتناول هذه المداخلة بالدراسة والتحليل بعض الجوانب المتعلقة بما يعتري السياق المنتج لوضعيات التخاطب (situations conversationnelles) من اختلالات مردها إلى عدول المخاطب عما يقتضيه الظاهر من الحال، منزلا المخاطب منزلة افتراضية يستنطقها من بعض العلامات التي تلوح له من موقف المتلقي من الخبر الذي يساق إليه. وهي الظاهرة التي أطلقت عليها مصطلح "العدول التداولي"، بحكم أن هذا المنحي الذي يتخذه العدول، كظاهرة أسلوبية مميزة، يرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بوضعيات التخاطب والمناحي التي يسلكها المتكلم في صياغة الأخبار وإيراد الحجج ومناقشة المواقف.
وقد وقع اختيارنا على القرآن الكرين كمدونة لتقصى نمطية هذه الضرب من العدول ومقاصده وجمالياته، مستعينين في ذلك ببعض الأدوات الإجرائية المستمدة من الدرس اللساني الحديث، لا سيما مقولة "شومسكي" حول الكفاءة اللغوية، ونظرية " م. ريفاتير" ذات المنزع البنيوي في تحليل الظاهرة الأسلوبية.
كما استندنا في مناقشة الجوانب الجمالية لهذه الظاهرة على مرجعيات من التراث اللغوي العربي، لاسيما تفسير الزمخشري وما أسس على هدية من تفاسير المتأخرين، ومنجز السكاكي "المفتاح" وما دار حوله من مختصرات وشروح وحواشي.
وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج طيبة أبرزت ما لهذه الظاهرة من تأثير على الموقف التواصلية من خلال ما تضفيه من ميزات أسلوبية، كالتأكيد والتخصص والتهويل... مما قد تؤثر على استجابات المتلقي وتغيير سلوكاته.

This intervention examines some aspects related to the imbalances resulting from the conversational situations due to the failure of the addressee to what the apparent necessity of the case requires, the addressee is a hypothetical status that inquires some of the signs that loom to him from the position of the recipient of the news to which it is addressed. This phenomenon, which I call "deliberative deviation", as this approach taken by the deviation, as a distinct stylistic phenomenon, is closely linked to the conversations and the way the speaker takes in drafting news, giving arguments and discussing positions.
We chose the Qur'an as a code to investigate the stereotypes of this kind of deviation and its purposes and aesthetics, using some procedural tools derived from the modern linguistic lesson, especially Chomsky's statement on linguistic competence and Michael Riffaterre's theory of structuralism in analyzing the stylistic phenomenon.
We also discussed the aesthetic aspects of this phenomenon on the references of the Arab linguistic heritage, especially the interpretation of Zamakhshari and what was founded on the gift of interpretations of the latecomers, and the book of Sakaki "al miftah" and the short papers, annotations and footnotes.
This study concluded with good results that highlighted the impact of this phenomenon on the communicative trend through its stylistic features, such as emphasis, specialization and intimidation ... which may affect the responses of the recipient and change his behavior.
