المستخلص: Ibdal and E’lal (substitution) are one of the complex phenomena in the field of Arab Morphology, which has been addressed by many ancient Arab scholars of Grammar with a purely theoretical approach, while Makki bin Abi Talib al-Qaysi treated it with an applied approach in his book “The problem of the vocalization of the Qur'an”, where he focused on the words that were struck by Ibdal or E’lal in the Quran and worked on their justification based on the opinions of his predecessors.

الإبدال والإعلال من الظواهر المعقدة في ميدان الصرف العربي، وقد عالجها كثير من النحاة العرب القدامى بمنهج نظري صرف، بينما عالجها مكي بن أبي طالب القيسي بمنهج تطبيقي في كتابه "مشكل إعراب القرآن"، حيث ركز على الكلمات التي أصابها إبدال أو إعلال في القرآن الكريم، وعمل على تعليلها بناء على آراء سابقيه.

L’Ibdal (la permutation des lettres) et l’Ilal (la permutation des lettres infirmes), sont considérés comme deux des phénomènes les plus compliqués dans le domaine de la morphologie arabe, ils ont été traités, selon une approche purement théorique, par beaucoup d’anciens grammairiens arabes, alors que, Mekki Ibn Abi Taleb E l-kyssi avait traité ce sujet selon une approche pratique dans son ouvrage intitulé «Problème d Analyse Grammaticale du Coran», ou il avait concentré son analyse sur les mots qui ont subi L’Ibdal (la permutation des lettres) et l’Ilal (la permutation des lettres infirmes) dans le Livre Saint, et avait tenté d’expliquer ces phénomènes, en se basant sur les avis de ces prédécesseurs.
