المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على درجة توافر معايير الجودة في برامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة مصراته، من خلال الإجابة على تساؤل ما درجة توافر معايير الجودة في برامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة مصراته من خلال محاور أربعة هي (مواصفات البرنامج التعليمي، اللوائح والنظم التعليمية، طرق التعليم والتعلم، الإمكانات المادية ومصادر التعلم)؟ وقد استخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وهي مكونة من أربعة محاور، تحتوي في مجملها على (32) عبارة، وزعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس وطلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بجامعة مصراته، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتبار المنهج الملائم للبحث الحالي، توصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:
1-أظهرت النتائج البحث درجة تحقق مرتفعة فيما يتعلق بوضوح رؤية ورسالة وأهداف البرنامج التعليمي، واتساق محتوى المقررات مع الإطار الزمني للبرنامج، فيما كانت درجة التحقق متوسطة فيما تقويم جودة برنامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية بجامعة مصراته يتعلق بتلبية احتياجات البرنامج لاحتياجات الطلاب والمجتمع المحلي، ومدى حاجة البرنامج لإضافة مقررات جديدة.
2-أظهرت نتائج البحث درجة تحقق مرتفعة فيما يتعلق بوضوح اللوائح والقوانين ومدى الالتزام بتنفيذها وضمانها لحقوق الطلاب، فيما جاءت الاستجابة متوسطة فيما يتعلق بنظام التظلمات واللوائح المقيدة لقبول الطلاب.
3-أظهرت نتائج البحث درجة تحقق مرتفعة فيما يتعلق باتباع أعضاء هياة التدريس لطرق التدريس الأكثر فاعلية، فيما كانت الاستجابة متوسطة فيما يتعلق باستخدام تقنيات التدريس الحديثة، والتنوع في استخدام طرق التدريس.
4-أظهرت نتائج البحث درجة تحقق مرتفعة فيما يتعلق بالوقت الكافي المتاح للطلاب للاستفادة من المصادر التعليمية المتوفرة، فيما جاءت الاستجابة متوسطة فيما يتعلق بتوفير المصادر والتقنيات التعليمية الحديثة، وتوفير وتحديث مرافق الخدمات الطلابية المختلفة.


The objective of this research is to identify the degree of availability of quality standards in graduate programs at the Faculty of Education, Misratah University, by answering the question of the degree of availability of quality standards in graduate programs at the Faculty of Education, Misratah University, through four topics (Educational Program Specifications, Educational regulations and systems, teaching and learning methods, material potential and learning resources)? The researcher used the questionnaire as a data collection tool, which consists of four topics, containing a total of 32 phrases, distributed to a simple random sample of faculty members and graduate students at the Faculty of Education, University of Misratah. Based on the descriptive and analytical approach as the appropriate approach to the current research, the researcher has reached a number of findings, the most important of which are:
1. The research results showed a high degree of verification regarding the clarity of the vision, mission, and objectives of the educational program and the consistency of course content with the program's time frame. The verification score was moderate while evaluating the quality of the graduate program at the Faculty of Education at Misratah University related to meeting the needs of the program to the needs of students and the local community, and the extent to which the program needs to add new courses.
2. The results of the research showed a high degree of verification regarding the clarity of regulations and laws and the commitment to implement them and ensure students' rights, while the response was moderate with regard to the grievance system and restrictive regulations for admission of students.
3. The results of the research showed a high degree of verification regarding the use of teaching staff to the most effective teaching methods, while the response was moderate with regard to the use of modern teaching techniques, and the diversity in the use of teaching methods.
4. The results of the research showed a high degree of verification regarding the sufficient time available to students to take advantage of the available educational resources, while the response was moderate in terms of providing modern educational resources and technologies, and providing and modernizing various student services facilities.
