يعد الاهتمام المتزايد بالخدمات التعليمية انعكاسا طبيعيا للنمو المتزايد في أنواعها بجميع مستوياتها سواء كان ذلك على مستوى الدول النامية أو الدول المتقدمة وذلك لأن الدراسات المتعلقة بالخدمات المختلفة وخاصة خدمات التعليم الأساسي استحوذت على اهتمام العديد من الباحثين والمهتمين وذلك من أجل الارتقاء بهذه الخدمة. تعد دراسة الجانب أو التطور التاريخي للخدمات التعليمية التعليم الأساسي من الموضوعات المهمة كونها تمثل أساس تؤطن الخدمات التعليمية بالمنطقة منذ فترات تاريخية قديمة حتى وقتنا الحاضر كذلك تساعدنا في فهم الظروف والعوامل التي أسهمت في تطورها خلال هذه الفترات. يضم هذا البحث مقدمة تضم فيها مقدمة مختصرة عن التعليم إضافة إلى مواقع المنطقة بالنسبة لليبيا وتقسيمها الإداري وكذلك أسباب اختيار الموضوع ومناهجه ومراحله والصعوبات التي واجهت هذا البحث أما المحور الثاني فتناول تطور أعداد متغيرات التعليم بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي لمدينة قصر خيار للفترة (1995 – 2014) من خلال دراسة متغيراته من تلاميذ ومدرسين ومدارس وفصول.
The increasing interest in educational services is considered a natural reflection of the increasing growth of their types at all levels, in both developing or developed countries, as related studies and researches (mainly related to elementary education services) drew the attention of researchers and stakeholders interested in such area, in order to scale up such services. Studying the historic development / aspect of the elementary education services is considered one of the most important issues, being the basis of these educational services establishment and continuance in the area back in the history until present and the means to help us understand the circumstances and factors contributing to its development over these periods. This research consists of an introduction, including an abstract introduction regarding education, region location in relation to Libya as a country, and its administrative division. This introduction also discusses the reasons of selection of this subject, its methodology, stages and challenges this research faced; while the second part tackles the development of elementary education changes at Qasr El Khyiar for the period (1995-2014) through studying its changes in terms of students, teachers, schools and classes.
