المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مفهوم الأمن الفكري وأهم متطلبات تحقيقه في الشريعة الإسلامية، وأيضاً التعرف على مفهوم الانحراف الفكري وأهم مظاهره في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية، وكذلك التعرف على تأثير التعليم الجامعي في الحد من مظاهر الانحراف الفكري المجتمعي في ضوء أدبيات التربية، كما يضع البحث تصوراً مقترحاً لتفعيل دور الجامعة في مواجهة مظاهر الانحراف الفكري المجتمعي في ضوء متطلبات تحقيق الأمن الفكري في الشريعة الإسلامية. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للكشف عن المتطلبات النظرية اللازمة لتحقيق الأمن الفكري في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية، وأيضاً تحليل مظاهر الانحراف الفكري في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية، ثم تحليل وتفسير هذه المعلومات، والخروج منها باستنتاجات ذات دلالة ومعنى تفيد في وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الجامعة كمؤسسة تعليمية تربوية لمواجهة مظاهر الانحراف الفكري المجتمعي بالاستعانة بمتطلبات تحقيق الأمن الفكري في ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير بيئة جامعية أكثر أمناً، وبناء منظومة جامعية متكاملة لتطوير المفاهيم المتعلقة بمتطلبات تحقيق الأمن الفكري في الشريعة الإسلامية لدى الشباب، ونشر العلم الشرعي المستقى من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية بين طلاب الجامعة، لحمايتهم من الأفكار الفاسدة والمنحرفة.

The current research aims to identify the concept of intellectual security and the most important requirements of it in Islamic law, and also to identify the concept of intellectual deviation and its most important manifestations in the light of Islamic law, as well as to recognize the effect of university education in reducing the manifestations of intellectual deviation in the light of the literature of education. A proposed vision to activate the role of the university in the face of manifestations of intellectual deviation in the community in light of the requirements of achieving intellectual security in Islamic law . The research was based on the analytical descriptive approach to uncover the theoretical requirements necessary to achieve intellectual security in the light of Islamic law, and also to analyze the manifestations of intellectual deviation in the light of Islamic law, and then analyze and interpret this information. As an educational and educational institution to confront the manifestations of intellectual deviation in society using the requirements of achieving intellectual security in the light of Islamic law. The study recommended the need to provide a safer university environment and to build an integrated university system to develop concepts related to the requirements of achieving intellectual security in Islamic law among young people and to disseminate the forensic science derived from Islamic law among university students.
