المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الفروق بين الطالبات المعاقات حركياً والعاديات في كل من الضغوط النفسية وجودة الحياة، كما يهدف إلى التعرف على الفروق بين الطالبات المعاقات حركياً في الضغوط النفسية وجودة الحياة في ضوء متغير التخصص، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي المقارن، وتكونت عينة البحث من (60) من طالبات الجامعة بواقع (30) من العاديات، و(30) من المعاقات حركياً مناصفة بين التخصصات العلمية والأدبية وتراوحت أعمارهن الزمنية ما بين (18 – 20) سنة. وتم استخدام مقياس الضغوط النفسية (إعداد/ الباحثة) ومقياس جودة الحياة (إعداد شقير، 2009) وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات المعاقات حركياً والعاديات في كل من الضغوط النفسية وجودة الحياة عند مستوى (0.01) في اتجاه ارتفاع الضغوط النفسية وانخفاض جودة الحياة لدى المعاقات حركياً مقارنة بالعاديات. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي رتب درجات الطالبات المعاقات حركيا في كل من الضغوط النفسية وجودة الحياة عند مستوى (0.01) تبعاً لنوع التخصص حيث ارتفعت درجات الضغوط النفسية لدى المعاقات حركياً في التخصصات العلمية مقارنة بالتخصصات الأدبية. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود انخفاض في درجات جودة الحياة لدى المعاقات حركيا بالتخصصات العلمية مقارنة بالتخصصات الأدبية. كما اتضح وجود علاقة سالبة بين الضغوط النفسية وجودة الحياة لدى الطالبات المعاقات حركياً.

The current research aims to identify the differences between the physically handicapped and normal female students , on both psychological stress and quality of life. Furthermore , it identifies the differences between the physically handicapped female students in the psychological stress and quality of life in the light of the specialization variable. The researcher relied on the Comparative descriptive approach. The research--sample consisted of (60) female university students where their age ranged (18-20) years . The sample divided into two groups. The first group was (30) normal female. students. The second was (30) physically handicapped female students. The research's tools were- The psychological - stress scale - constructed (by the researcher) and the quality of life scale prepared by (Shukair, 2009). The results showed statistically significant differences between the middle grades of the -scores of students wif physically handicapped and the negative in the quality of life and the psychological pressure at (0.01) in the direction of high psychological stress and reduced quality of life of the disabled physically compared to the disabled. The results showed dat their are statistically differences at. (0.01) between the mean scores ranks between the normal female students and physically handicapped female students in psychological stress and quality of life where it was found an increasing in psychological stress and decreasing in the quality of life for physically handicapped female students compared to the normal female students .'Also, it was found dat their are statistically differences at(0,01) .among physically handicapped female students based on the discipline where the high stress scores were found in scientific disciplines compared to the literary disciplines. On the other hand, it was revealed dat their are a decreasing in the quality of life's mean scores of physically handicapped female students in scientific disciplines compared to the literary disciplines. In addition, it was found dat their is a statistically negative correlation between psychological stress and the quality of life of physically handicapped female students.
