المستخلص: لقد أظهرت التحولات العالمية الكثير من التغيرات على جميع الأصعدة. حيث أولي الاهتمام بكيفية تحقيق تنمية المجتمع، وعرفت التنمية تطورا في طبيعة قيمتها ومدلولها بغير الأوضاع والمتطلبات العصرية. ففي المراحل الأولى كان الاهتمام مركزا على هامش الربح. ولما ظل تنامي الاهتمام بالفرد واعتباره هو الوسيلة والهدف للتنمية، انتقل التوجه نحو التنمية الإنسانية. هذا الأمر أدى إلى الاستفسار عن كيفية الحفاظ على هذه التنمية في ظل تعاقب الأجيال المختلفة من مرحلة إلى أخرى، ومن جهة بروز اختلافات في الرؤى والثقافات التي أفرزت تنوع ثقافي والتي تعبر عن وسيلة قيمية لإعادة تنظيم المجتمع. وهو ما يعزز من تفاعل ثقافات المجتمع واعتبارها أداة جديدة إيجابية في مجال إقامة هندسة اجتماعية لتفعيل التنمية على جميع الأصعدة وتحقيق الاستدامة بين الأجيال.
