المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على آراء الطلبة المتدربين، وآراء المرشدين النفسيين واتجاهاتهم، ومدى رضاهم عن دليل التدريب العملي في الإرشاد النفسي. ومن ثم التعرف على المراحل والصعوبات التي يواجهونها أثناء تطبيق الدليل، والتعديلات التي طرأت عليه حتى وصل إلى صورته الحالية. لتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة بتصميم استمارة لقياس اتجاهات الطلبة المتدربين وآرائهم حول الدليل، وإجراء مقابلة شبه مقننة مع الطلبة المتدربين والمرشدين النفسيين. كما قامت الباحثة بمتابعة الطلبة المتدربين في تطبيقهم للدليل من خلال زياراتها المتكررة لبعض المدارس على مدار عام دراسي كامل ٢٠١٢/ ٢٠١٣. وقد بلغ عدد أفراد عينة الطلبة المتدربين (٥٥) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة السنة الخامسة، قسم الإرشاد. أما عينة المرشدين النفسيين فقد بلغ عدد أفرادها (٧٥) مرشدا ومرشدة. تم اختيار العينتين بطريقة العينة القصدية. أظهرت النتائج تأكيد المرشدون النفسيون والطلبة المتدربون في قسم الإرشاد على أهمية جميع الوظائف الأسبوعية التي يتضمنها الدليل والبالغ عددها ١٢ وظيفة، كما أجمع المشاركون على أن الدليل يقدم لهم فوائد جمة كان أهمها التعرف على ميدان العمل الخاص بالمرشد مستقبلا، وربط المواد النظرية مع الواقع العملي. وتراوحت نسبة إجابات الطلبة المتدربين والمرشدين النفسين على راض بشدة عن الدليل بين (٨٥% -٩٧%)، بينما طلب بعض المشاركين إضافة بعض النشاطات إلى الدليل التدريب. وبناء على إجابات الطلبة على الاستمارة تبين أن الدليل سهل وممكن التطبيق وشامل يغطي معظم مهام المرشد النفسي، وأن الصعوبات التي تواجههم أثناء تطبيق الدليل العملي في المدارس كانت قليلة، ومن الممكن تجاوزها. وقد وصلت الباحثة وفقا لهذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة استنتاجات كان أهمها: ضرورة إثراء طلبة قسم الإرشاد بالمزيد من المهارات والأساليب الإرشادية من خلال تطوير المقررات النظرية باستمرار، والالتحاق بالدورات التدريبية.

The present study aimed to identify the views of students trained, counselors and opinions and attitudes, and the extent of their satisfaction with the guide practical training in psychological counseling. Inaddition, it aims to identify the stages and the difficulties they face during the application directory, and the amendments thereto until it reached its current form. To achieve this, the researcher designed a questionnaire to measure students' attitudes and opinions about the trainees directory, and an interview with the semi-regulated student interns and counselors. The researcher also followed up on the students trained in their application of the guide through her frequent visits to some schools over the full academic year 2012/2013. Sample of trainees (55) male and female students of the fifth year, were given the Guidance Department, sample of counselors, the number of members (75) mentors, and guide. Two samples were selected. The results showed confirm counselors psychologists and students, trainees in the Department guidance on the importance of all the functions of the weekly corse line contained in the manual and the 12 functions. Participants agreed that the Guide provides them with many benefits, the most important in the recognition of the field work for the Supreme Leader in the future, and connecting materials theory with practice. Answers ranged percentage of students trained psychologists and counselors are all satisfied with the evidence strongly between (85% - 97%), while some participants requested the addition of some activities to guide training. Based on the students' answers on the questionnaire show that the directory is easy and possible application and a comprehensive guide covers most of the functions of the psychological. The difficulties they face while applying practical guide it in schools were few is possible to overcome. The researcher, according to this study reached to a set of conclusions most important: of which the need to enrich the students in the Department of Counseling withe with more skills and methods of guidance through the development of theoretical courses constantly, and access to training courses.
