هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى واقع الأداء التدريسي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بعمادة البرامج التحضيرية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية في ضوء معايير التدريس البنائي؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ حيث تم مراجعة الأدب التربوي والدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة، وعلى ذلك تم بناء أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في الاستبانة، وتم عرض أداة الدراسة على السادة المحكمين من ذوي الاختصاص والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (220) عضو هيئة تدريس بالبرامج التحضيرية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، استجاب منهم (203) بنسبة 92.3% من مجتمع الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1-أن مدى توافر معايير التدريس البنائي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بعمادة البرامج التحضيرية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بشكل عام جاء ضمن مدى التوافر الكبير، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.57). 2-لا يوجد اختلاف في مدى توافر معايير التدريس البنائي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بعمادة البرامج التحضيرية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، باختلاف متغير التخصص. 3-أن درجة موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على المقترحات التطويرية لتطوير الأداء التدريسي البنائي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بعمادة البرامج التحضيرية بجامعة الإمام محمد الإسلامية جاءت بشكل عام ضمن درجة الموافقة الكبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي (4.12). وفى ضوء النتائج، قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات منها: 1-الاهتمام بعقد الدورات التدريبية الخاصة بممارسات التدريس البنائي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بعمادة البرامج التحضيرية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية. 2-إعداد دليل تطبيقي لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في البرامج التحضيرية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية حول معايير التدريس البنائي وكيفية توظيفها في التعليم. 3-ضرورة الأخذ بعين الاعتبار المقترحات التطويرية لتطوير الأداء التدريسي البنائي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في البرامج التحضيرية بجامعة الإمام محمد الإسلامية التي توصلت إليها الدراسة كونها من المتوقع أن تسهم في تحسين الممارسات المتصلة بالتدريس البنائي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بعمادة البرامج التحضيرية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية.
The study aimed at identifying the reality of teaching performance among the faculty members of the preparatory programs of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University in the light of the structural teaching standards, and to achieve this objective, the study applied the survey descriptive method; where the educational literature and relevant previous studies have been reviewed and therefore, it has been building the study tool of the questionnaire which was presented on the jury of specialists to ensure its validity and reliability. It has been applied on a sample of (220) faculty members of the preparatory programs of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University, a number of (203) participants responded with a percentage of 92.3% from the study population. The study found out the following findings: 1. In general, the availability extent of the structural teaching standards among the faculty members of the preparatory programs of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University came with a large range of availability and with an arithmetic average of (3.57). 2. There is no difference in the availability extent of the structural teaching standards among the faculty members of the preparatory programs of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University, depending on the variable of specialization. 3. In general, the approval degree of the study sample members of development proposals in order to develop the teaching performance among the faculty members of the preparatory programs of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University was very high and with an arithmetic average of (4.12). In the light of the findings, the study made a series of recommendations including: 1. We should have an interest to hold special training courses of structural teaching practices among the faculty members of the preparatory programs of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University. 2. We should prepare a practical guide for the faculty members of the preparatory programs of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University About structural teaching standards and how to apply them in education. 3- It is necessary to take into account the developmental proposals of the study to develop the structural teaching performance of the faculty members of the preparatory programs of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University which are being expected to contribute to the improvement of practices related to the structural among the faculty members of the preparatory programs of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University.
