|a تتناول هذه الدراسة الحديث عن الدور الفكري – فهماً وتنزيلاً – لوسطية المذهب المالكي في المحافظة على الهوية بالثقافية لأهالي المغرب الأوسط، وهذا باعتبار أن المذهب المالكي يشكل أحد المبادئ الأساسية للهوية بهذه المنطقة، وأن أرض المغرب الأوسط عرفت علماء كثيرين من الفقهاء المالكيين الذين ألفوا وصنفوا في المذهب المالكي – تأصيلاً وتفريعاً-، فأبانوا عن معالم وملامح نسقية ووسطية تضبط العلاقة التفاعلية بين المتغيرات والثوابت بما يصفون مقومات الشخصية ويرغب في الانفتاح على الخبرة الحضارية الإنسانية، وقد تم التطرق إلى العوامل التي جعلت أهالي هذه البلاد يتبنون تلك الوسطية المالكية، ثم استعراض أهم وأبرز المظاهر الكبرى لهذه الوسطية، والتي كان لها الأثر الإيجابي والدور الحضاري الذي يؤديه المنهج الوسطي المالكي في حفظ الهوية الثقافية، وقد خلصت هذا البحث إلى جملة من النتائج العلمية، كما خرجت ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات المستقبلية.

|f This study deals with the intellectual role — understanding and downloading — of the mediocrity of the Maliki sect in preserving the cultural identity of the people of the Middle Maghreb. This is considering that the Maliki sect constitutes one of the basic principles of identity in this region and that the Middle Maghreb has known many scholars of the Malki school who have written books in the Malki doctrine — in its rules and in its subrules. They expressed features of coordination and mediocrity parameters that control the interactive relationship between variables and constants in what they describe the elements of personality and wish to open up to civilizational human experience. Some factors led the people of this country to adopt the Maliki mediocrity, then a review of the most important and prominent manifestations of this moderation, which had a positive impact and civilizational role which is performed by the Maliki mediocrity approach in preserving cultural identity. This research resulted in a number of scientific findings, as well as some recommendations and future proposals.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
