|a استهدفت هذه الدراسة التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس التخطيط المهني (CPS) Career Planning Scale الذي قام بتطويره لبتاك Liptak عام 2008 بناء على نظرية سوبر. يتكون المقياس من 48 فقرة موزعة بالتساوي على ستة أبعاد (المعرفة بعالم العمل، ومعرفة الذات، والمعرفة بالمهن، واتخاذ القرار المهني، والتخطيط المهني، والتطبيقات المهنية). بلغ حجم العينة 301 طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الصف العاشر في محافظة مسقط (149 طالبا، و152 طالبة) كشفت النتائج عن خصائص سيكومترية جيدة؛ حيث تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري، والصدق التلازمي (تراوح الارتباط مع التحصيل في الرياضيات بين 0.24-0.37)، وصدق البناء (تراوحت مصفوفة معاملات الارتباط الداخلية بين أبعاد المقياس بين 0.54-0.74). كما تم حساب معامل ألفا كرونباخ؛ إذ تراوح بين 0.75-0.86. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات لاستخدام المقياس في البيئة العمانية، كما تم الخروج بعدد من المقترحات لدراسات لاحقة.

|b This study aimed to verify the psychometric properties of the Career Planning Scale, which was developed by Liptak in 2008 based on Super's Theory. The Scale consisted of 48 items divided into six dimensions (Knowledge of World of Work, Self-Knowledge, Knowledge of Occupations, Career Decision-Making, Career Planning, and Career Implementation). The sample consisted of 301 students (149 male and 152 female). The results showed good psychometric properties. The face validity and concurrent validity have been verified (The correlation with achievement in mathematics were between 0.24- 0.37). The construct validity was also verified (Internal Correlations Matrix between the dimensions of the scale ranged from 0.54- 0.74). The Cronbach's alpha score was between 0.75- 0.86. In light of these findings, a number of recommendations were made to use the scale in the Omani context. Also, some suggestions were given for subsequent studies
