|a سعي البحث الحالي الى الوقوف على اهتمامات المواثيق الدولية المتمثلة في الإعلانات والعهود والاتفاقيات ذات الصلة بحقوق الانسان والحريات الأساسية في التعليم، وقد اتبع البحث أسلوب تحليل المضمون، وذلك للتعرف على تلك الاهتمامات، وقد توصل البحث الى النتائج التالية:\nالتعليم حق لكل شخص، ويكون مجاني على الاقل للمرحلتين الابتدائية والأساسية وإلزامي، ويكون التعليم الفني والمهني متاحا للعموم، والتعليم العالي متاحا للجميع تبعا لكفاءتهم، على أن يستهدف التنمية الكاملة لشخصية الانسان، وتعزيز احترام حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية، ويعمل على تشجيع وتنمية شخصية الطفل ومواهبه وقدراته البدنية والعقلية إلى أقصى حد ممكن، وتستهدف المواثيق الدولية، رعاية المتفوقين والموهوبين والمعوقين والأطفال، وتفعل المساواة والعدالة بين الذكور والإناث في جميع مراحل التعليم، كما تعزز التفاهم والتسامح والصداقة بين جميع الأمم، وتأصيل المنهج العلمي في التفكير، وتشجع الإبداع والابتكار، وتقوم بترسيخ القيم الحضارية والروحية والمواطنة.\nوفى ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج البحث، أوصى الباحث ضرورة نشر وتعزيز ثقافـة احترام حقوق الانسان من خلال المناهج والأنشطة الصفية واللاصفية للطلاب، ومن خلال الاجتماعات والمحاضرات والمؤتمرات والندوات والتدريبات للمعلمين والإداريين، وذلك لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة.\n

|f The current research seeks to identify the concerns of international instruments, such as declarations, covenants and conventions relating to human rights and fundamental freedoms in education. The research followed the method of analyzing the content in order to identify those concerns. It reached the following findings:\nEducation is the right of every person, free of charge at least for the primary and basic levels and should be compulsory. Technical and vocational education shall be available to the public, and higher education shall be available to all according to their competence. It should fully develop the human personality and promote respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms and shall promote and develop as much as possible the personality, talents and physical and mental abilities of the child. International covenants aim to care for the outstanding, talented, disabled and children, and promote equality and justice between males and females at all levels of education. It also promotes understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, deepens the scientific approach in thinking, encourages creativity and innovation, and solidifies civilizational and spiritual values and citizenship.\nIn light of the research results, the researcher recommended spreading and promoting the culture of respect for human rights through curricula and classroom and extracurricular activities for students and through meetings, lectures, conferences, seminars and training for teachers and administrators, in order to achieve the desired goals.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020
