|a تناول البحث موضوعا مهما بالغ الأثر في حاضر الأمة ومستقبلها، وهو الانتهاض العلمي الذي يعد حركة علمية مؤسسية فاعلة واسعة وفق رؤية ارتيادية – استراتيجية - مستقبلية لتحقيق واقع أفضل. \nوهو فرض كفاية على الأمة يجب القيام به، ويظل واجبا على الأمة حتى تتحقق به الكفاية والاستغناء.\nوأسس الانتهاض العلمي اثنان هما:\n1-\t الاعتزاز بالانتماء، وذلك بأن تنطلق الأمة من عقيدتها الراسخة ومخزونها الأخلاقي المتين إلى الحضارات والثقافات الأخرى، وتجعل منها أداة للمعرقة والنهضة.\n2-\tالتفكير العلمي، وهو الممارسة والمران والدربة المتجددة لتتشرب العقول المعرفة، وتتنفس العلم؛ فتتفتق بعد ذلك عن ثروة ضخمة من التفكير الناضج، وكتلة معرفية إبداعية متجددة.\nوالمعني بتحقيق واجب الانتهاض العلمي في الأمة جهتان:\n1-\tالحكومات: ويتحتم عليها تحصيل وسائل الانتهاض العلمي وأدواته؛ حيث إنه أحد فرائض الأعيان.\n2-\tالأفراد: وهم مطالبون بواجب الانتهاض العلمي حسب طاقتهم وإمكاناتهم.\nفالواجب على الأمة مؤسسات وأفراداً التكامل والتعاون للقيام بواجب الانتهاض العلمي تحقيقاً للغاية، وأداء للرسالة.

|f The research dealt with the scientific renaissance, which is an important topic that is extremely influential in the present and future of the nation. It is considered an effective and broad institutional scientific movement according to a strategic vision of the future to achieve a better reality. It is a collective obligation of the nation that must be performed, and it remains the duty of the nation until the sufficiency and renunciation are achieved.\nThe scientific renaissance has two foundations:\n1. Pride in belonging, the nation should proceed from its established faith and its solid moral inventory to other civilizations and cultures, and make them an instrument of knowledge and renaissance.\n2- Scientific thinking, which is practice, exercise, and renewed path so that the minds drink knowledge and breathe science; and then take root and flower a huge wealth of mature thinking and a renewed creative mass of knowledge.\nThe question of achieving the duty of scientific renaissance in the nation has two aspects:\n1. Governments: They must acquire the means and tools of scientific renaissance, as it is one of the statutes of the notables.\n2. Individuals: They are required to have scientific work according to their capacity and potential.\nIt is the duty of the nation, institutions, and individuals, to integrate and cooperate in carrying out the duty of scientific renaissance in order to achieve the objective and fulfill the mission.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
