المستخلص: This paper deals with the actions of the public official and represents both disciplinary and criminal offenses It also deals with the system of suspension of criminal punishment in accordance with criminal laws in terms of its concept, objectives and conditions. This is a matter for the judge if he considers the convict’s morality, past, age or circumstances in which the crime was committed. If also discusses the effect of the suspension of the criminal penalty on the public official and the effect of pardon on the public employee under the provisions of the Saudi and Egyptian administrative courts, where the amnesty is similar to the suspension system.
