المستخلص: The crimes of terrorism have been linked to the organized crime that has developed its methods and the diversity of its forms and patterns. Therefore, the fight against terrorism has become the responsibility of the entire international community, its member states and organizations. The Arab nation has long recognized the dangers and consequences of terrorism and has been proactive in calling upon the international community to address its painful blows through an integrated and unified collective action aimed at unifying efforts and strengthening cooperation to combat it. The widespread use of computers and the Internet has made it possible to commit new types of crimes that were previously unknown.
