المستخلص: The research has covered the consequences of the tremendous revolution in the information technology field, accompanied by parallel development in the communication technology generating giant infant, the international information and communication network-internet-. The later has been associated in all fields of life; including the emersion of electronically concluded contracts, problems raised by these contracts where their original reference is the privacy of the means and media applied to conclude these contracts □ most significant defining the electronically concluded contracts, its peculiar features, as well as the international and spatial dimension, the modality to fulfill the consent of these contract for offering and accepting electronically, finally the permits of the electronically concluded contracts over the other traditional ones in terms of the session of concluding the contractselectronicalfy.
