هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الأطر الطلابية للعمل التطوعي، ودرجة أهمية ممارسته بجامعة القدس المفتوحة بمحافظات غزة، والكشف عن أهم معوقات العمل التطوعي التي تواجه الأطر الطلابية، وسبل التغلب عليها، وبيان سبل تطوير ممارسة العمل التطوعي لدى الأطر الطلابية في جامعة القدس المفتوحة. وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 89 فرداً. مطبقاً عليها استبانة للتعرف على درجة ممارسة الأطر الطلابية للعمل التطوعي، وقد توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات من بينها: وجود تباين لمفهوم العمل التطوعي وممارسته لدى الأطر الطلابية من إطار إلى آخر؛ وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في معوقات ممارسة العمل التطوعية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول درجة ممارسة الأطر الطلابية للعمل التطوعي في جامعة القدس المفتوحة تعزى لمتغير الجنس بصفة عامة، كما أثبتت أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول درجة ممارسة الأطر الطلابية للعمل التطوعي في جامعة القدس المفتوحة تعزى لمتغير الجنس بصفة عامة، كما أثبتت أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول درجة ممارسة الأطر الطلابية للعمل التطوعي في جامعة القدس المفتوحة تعزى لمتغير الإطار الطلابي. وأكدت الدراسة أن ممارسة العمل التطوعي كانت كبيرة في وقت الأزمات، حيث كانت تحقق الشعور بالرضا عن الذات لدى الأطر الطلابية عند ممارسة العمل التطوعي، وتعزيز انتمائهم، والتعبير عن آرائهم، وأفكارهم في القضايا العامة. أوصت الدراسة بإنهاء حالة الانقسام الفلسطيني بين الفصائل والأحزاب؛ لتعزيز روح العمل التطوعي وخدمة المجتمع. وزيادة مشاركة المرأة في ممارسة العمل التطوعي؛ لما لها من دور إيجابي في بناء المجتمع.
Student party's practice of voluntary work at the Al Quds Open University and ways of developing it. This study aims to identify the concept of student parties of voluntary work in Al-Quds Open University - Gaza Governorates. Furthermore, exploring the most important impediments of voluntary work facing the student parties, and ways to overcome them. Ways to develop the practice of volunteer work with the student parties in Al-Quds Open University. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The study sample consisted of 89 individuals. The study found a set of findings and recommendations, including: a discrepancy of the concept of voluntary work and practice of the student parties. Moreover, the study showed the existence of significant statistical differences between the obstacles of the exercise of voluntary work due to the variable sex in favor of females. While there were no statistically significant differences of degree of student frameworks for volunteer work in Quds Open University, due to the variable sex in general differences. Also it proved that there were no statistically significant differences of student parties for volunteer work in Quds open University, attributed to differences Student frame. The study confirmed that the practice of voluntary work was practiced widely at a time of crisis. Complacency was achieved among student parties while practicing volunteer work. Along with promoting their affiliation, and express their opinions, and ideas in public issues. The study recommended an end of the Palestinian division between the factions and parties. Promoting the spirit of voluntary work and community services. Furthermore, encouragement of woman participation in the practice of voluntary work; for its positive role in building the society.
