المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى معرفة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الطائف فرع الخرمة بتطبيقات الويب 2.0 ومدى استخدامهم لها في التدريس، ومعرفة ما إذا كان هناك فروق في استجابات أفراد الدراسة تعزي لمتغير الجنس والجنسية والمؤهل وسنوات الخدمة والتخصص.
وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 99 عضوا وعضوة هيئة تدريس من جميع أقسام كلية التربية والعلوم بالخرمة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، ولجمع البيانات استخدم الباحث استبانة من إعداده، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخدم الباحث التكرارات والنسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار T-test، وتحليل التباين الأحادي ANOVA، ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون ومعامل الارتباط ألفا كرونباخ، بالإضافة إلى الاختبارات البعدية اختبار توكي Tukey HSD، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن معرفة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بتطبيقات الويب 2.0 كانت بدرجة منخفضة، وكذلك كان استخدامهم لها في التدريس أيضا بدرجة منخفضة، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد الدراسة تعزي لسنوات الخدمة أو الجنسية، بينما توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استجابات أفراد الدراسة فيما يتعلق بمدى معرفة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بتطبيقات الويب 2.0 وفقا للجنس وذلك لصالح الإناث، وكذلك وفقا للتخصص لصالح تخصص الحاسب الآلي، كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين استجابات أفراد الدراسة في استخدامهم لتطبيقات الويب 2.0 في التدريس تعزي للمؤهل وذلك لصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس ذوي مؤهل الماجستير، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والتي كان من أبرزها نشر الوعي التام بأهمية مواكبة التطور التقني والمعلوماتي في المجتمع الجامعي واستثمار ذلك في النظام التعليمي، والعمل على تأهيل الكوادر البشرية داخل الجامعات من خلال إلحاقهم بدورات تدريبية متخصصة في مجال توظيف تطبيقات الويب 2.0 في التدريس، بالإضافة إلى إجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول استخدام طلاب كليات التربية لتطبيقات الويب 2.0 في عمليتي التعليم والتعلم، وإجراء دراسات مقارنة بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات حول مدى استخدامهم لتطبيقات الويب 2.0 في التدريس.


The aim of this study was to identify the extent of the knowledge of faculty members at Taif University Khurma branch about web applications 2.0 and the extent to which they use them in teaching, and to find out whether there are differences in the responses of the study group attributed to the variable of gender, nationality, qualification, years of service and specialization.
The sample of the study consisted of 99 male and female faculty members from all departments of the Faculty of Education and Science in Khurma, and the descriptive method was used. To collect the data, the researcher used a questionnaire that he prepared. To answer the questions of the study, the researcher used iterations, percentages, arithmetic averages and standard deviations, T-test, one-way analysis of variance ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and Alpha Cronbach correlation coefficient, in addition to the post-tests Tukey HSD. The results of the study indicated that the faculty members' knowledge of Web 2.0 applications was at a low level. Their use of it in teaching was also low. The results of the study also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of students due to years of service or nationality, while there are statistically significant differences between students' responses regarding the extent to which faculty members know Web 2.0 applications according to gender variable for the benefit of females, as well as according to the specialization in favour of the Computer Specialisation. The study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences between students' responses in their use of web 2.0 applications in teaching in favour of faculty members with the qualification of a master’s degree. In light of the results of the study, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which was to spread full awareness of the importance of keeping pace with the technological and information development in the university community and to use it in the educational system, and work to train human cadres inside universities by enrolling them in specialized training courses in the field of using web applications 2.0 in teaching. In addition to conducting further studies on the use of Web 2.0 applications by students of the faculties of Education in teaching and learning processes, and conduct comparative studies among faculty members of the university on the extent to which they use Web 2.0 applications in teaching.
