المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى محاولات التعرف على دور المبادرات الـشبابية في تنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الشباب، وما هي أسباب ظهورها داخل الجامعة؟ وما هي دوافع الانضمام إليها؟ وقد أجريت الدراسة على "مائة" طالب وطالبة من المنضمين للمبادرات الشبابية بالجامعة، بالإضافة إلى ٣٠ طالبا وطالبة يمثلون الجماعات البؤرية. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على كل من مقياس المسئولية الاجتماعية، وصحيفة الاستبيان، والجماعات البؤرية في جمع المادة الميدانية الخاصة بالدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي أهم النتائج التالية: كان للمبادرات الشبابية دوراً إيجابيا في تنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى طلاب عينة الدراسة وذلك بأبعادها الأربعة: "المسئولية الذاتية"، "المسئولية الأخلاقية والدينية"، "المسئولية الجماعية" وأخيرا "المسئولية الوطنية". وقد تمثلت أهم أسباب ظهور المبادرات الشبابية داخل الجامعة في رغبة الطلاب في استعادة دورهم مرة أخري داخل الجامعة، والخروج من حالة التهميش والاستبعاد السياسي بعد ثورة ٢٥ يناير. أما أهم دوافع الانضمام للمبادرات الشبابية فتمثلت في رغبة الطلاب في الخروج من حالة الملل ورتابة الحياة الجامعية، شغل أوقات الفراغ في شيء مفيد، اكتساب خبرات ومهارات حياتية جديدة، تكوين علاقات وصداقات مع الآخرين، التعبير عن آرائهم ومطالبه بشيء من الحرية إلي جانب المساهمة في خدمة بمجتمع الجامعة. وتمثلت أهم المعوقات التي تحد من فاعلية المبادرات الشبابية داخل الجامعة في الروتين والبيروقراطية، وعدم تعاون الإدارات المختلفة بالجامعة مع المبادرات، وتشكك الجامعة في نوايا بعض المبادرات، والتدخل الأمني في شئون بعض المبادرات، ونقص التمويل والدعم المؤسسي، وعدم وجود فكره لدى عمداء الكليات، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس عن المبادرات. ووفقا لوجهة نظر العينة فيما يخص أهم آليات تفعيل المبادرات الشبابية في القضاء على الروتين والبيروقراطية، وتوفير الدعم المؤسسي، وتعاون إدارات الجامعة المختلفة مع المبادرات، وإشراك الطلاب في وضع خطط لتنفيذ المبادرات.

A Field Study on a sample of Youth Initiators of Minia University The present study aims to identify the role of youth initiatives in developing the social responsibility of youth and what are the reasons for their appearance in the university? and what are the motives to join these initiatives? The study was conducted on a 100 male and female student from those joining initiatives in the university, in addition to 30 more representing focus groups. In order to collect the necessary data the study also depended on the social responsibility measure, a questionnaire in focus groups. The study has revealed the following results: • Youth initiatives played a positive role in developing the social responsibility of the students on whom the study was conducted on. This occurred with its four dimensions: "The self responsibility", "The moral and religious responsibility", "The group responsibility" and finally "The national responsibility". • The most important reasons for the appearance of these initiatives were that the desire of the youth to regain their role inside the university and to escape the political marginalization of youth after the revolution of January 25. • The most important motives of joining such initiations were the desire to escape the routine of the university life, use spare time in doing useful things, gaining new life skills and experiences, building new relations and friendships, expressing their opinions and demands with more freedom and contribute in serving the university community at the same time. • Routine and bureaucracy in the university represented one of the most apparent obstacles facing the activation of these initiatives in addition to other matters including the noncooperation of the different administrations of the university, questioning the reliability and intentions of some of these initiatives, the interference of the security in some initiatives, the lack of financial and institutional support and the lack of the culture of initiatives regarding the deans and the faculty staff. According to the opinions of the sample members the mechanisms of activating the youth Initiatives are represented in getting rid of routine and bureaucracy, provide financial and institutional support, the cooperation of the different university administration with the initiatives and to include the youth in planning the execution plans of the initiatives.
