أهداف البحث: 1-بيان أثر وحجية التشريح في الإثبات فقهاً وقانوناً. 2-بيان أثر وحجية الكلاب البوليسية في الإثبات فقهاً وقانوناً. منهج البحث: المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي المقارن. خطة البحث: البحث مكون من فصلين: الفصل الأول: التشريح للجثة وحجية الإثبات به، وفيه أربعة مباحث: في تعريفه، وأنواعه، وحكمه وحجيته، وضوابط استعماله. الفصل الثاني: الكلاب البوليسية وأثرها في الإثبات، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث: في تعريفه، وأهمية حاسة الشم عند الكلاب، وحكم الاستدلال بها على المتهم في الإثبات الجنائي.
Research Objectives: I. To demonstrate the impact and legitimacy of the anatomy in the affirmation juristically and legally. II. To demonstrate the impact and legitimacy of police dogs in the affirmation juristically and legally. Research Methodology: Comparative Analytical Inductive Approach. Research Plan: The research consists of two chapters: Chapter I: Anatomy of the dead body and the legitimacy of the affirmation. It contains four topics: in the definition, types, ruling and legitimacy, and controls of use. Chapter II: Police dogs and their impact on affirmation. It contains three topics: in the definition, and the importance of sense of smell in dogs, and the rule of reasoning to the accused in the criminal evidence. Conclusions: It is permissible to use anatomy in criminal cases, taking into consideration the Shari’a rules, and all the results thereof are considered as mere evidence to be used to reach the desired, and the use of police dogs is not merely a weak presumption that can be used. Recommendations: 1 - To pay attention to everything related to the development of modem means of affirmation and accuracy in the results. 2-To increase research on contemporary means of affirmation in all its forms and norms. 3 - To cooperate with the people of experience by contemporary means to reach more clear results on the accuracy of these means and its legitimacy.
