المستخلص: تتعلق هذه الدراسة بالقران الكريم، وهو أشرف الكتب السماوية، وأعظمها منزلة وقدرا، عند شخصية موسوعية ابن عباس الملقب بحبر الأمة، وترجمان القرآن، في كتاب من أبرر كتب التفسير تفسير البحر المحيط لأبى حيان الأندلسي. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى جمع آراء ابن عباس، وتوجيهاته النحوية معتمدا على ما نسبه أبو حيان في تفسير البحر المحيط، وتحليلها تحليلا وافيا تتقصى فيها آراء جل العلماء من النحاة، والمعربين، والمفسرين سواء من وافق ابن عباس، أو خالفه، ثم يرجح بينها وفق قواعد الترجيح الدقيقة. ويقوم منهج الدراسة على والوصف والتحليل، من خلال تتبع أراء ابن عباس في البحر المحيط، وكذلك تتبع أراء العلماء في المسألة الواحدة، معتمداً على كتب التفسير، وعلوم القرآن، وأمات الكتب اللغوية والنحوية الأصول، وقد رتبت المسائل في البحث وفق ورودها في ألفية ابن مالك. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج هامة من أبرزها أن هذه الآراء والتوجيهات النحوية تدل بشكل يقيني على بروز الحس اللغوي، والذوق النحوي الدقيق عند ابن عباس، وتدل على تضلعه بعلوم اللغة، وإلمامه بالنحو، ويمكن عدها من البوادر الأولى التي ساهمت في نشأة النحو وتأسيسه، وقد أخذ بهذه التوجيهات كبار النحاة، واحتجوا بها كالخليل، والكسائي، والفراء، والنحاس، وغيرهم.

This study is concerned with the Holy Quran which is the greatest and most honorable book among all the scriptures for Muslims. This study aims at revealing and clarifying the arguments and the syntactic instructions of Ibn Abbas, the encyclopedic scholar who was called the interpreter of the Holy Quran and who was also called the scholar of the Islamic nation, in the explanatory book of Tafseer Albahr Almuheet, which is one of the best books in this field written, by Abi Hayyan Al Andalusi. The study seeks to collect the arguments and the syntactic instructions of Ibn Abbas depending on what Abu Hayyan Al Andalusi included in his book, Tafseer Albahr Almuheet. This study also seeks to deeply analyze these arguments and syntactic instructions by exploring the arguments of most scholars, grammarians, linguists as well as interpreters, who either agreed with Ibn Abbas or disagreed with him, to evaluate all of these arguments to find out the right one in accordance with the adopted precise rules. The approach of the study is descriptive and analytical in reviewing the arguments of Ibn Abbas in Tafseer Albahr Almuheet. The approach also highlights exploring the arguments and opinions of scholars for each argument depending on the interpretation books of the Holy Quran and other related linguistic and grammar references. The arguments were ordered in accordance with their occurrence in Alfiat ibn Malik. The study came to many important findings. The most important of these findings is that these arguments and syntactic instructions highly indicated that Ibn Abbas had the sense of a linguist and of a grammarian as well. They also indicated how aware he was in grammar and the syntax of Arabic language. This can be regarded as the first initiative of setting off the syntax of the Arabic language. The syntactic instructions of Ibn Abbas were followed and quoted by the famous linguists and grammarians such as Al Khalil, Al Kesa’i, Al Fara’, and Al Nahhas.
