هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مركز التوجيه والإرشاد الطلابي بالجامعة في عملية الضبط الاجتماعي ) من وجهة نظر الطالبات)، وكذا التعرف على الطرق والأساليب التي يستخدمها المركز في تحقيق الضبط الاجتماعي للطالبات ،كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات التي تحد من قيام مركز التوجيه والإرشاد الطلابي بالجامعة بدوره في تحقيق الضبط الاجتماعي للطالبات، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، حيث انه الأكثر ملائمة للدراسة، كما استخدمت الباحثة أداة الاستبيان طبقت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من طالبات الجامعة مقدارها (171) طالبة ، موزعين على كليات الجامعة بمختلف التخصصات والمستويات وكذلك الدبلوم العام في التربية ، وتوصلت الدراسة من خلال نتائجها إلى النتائج التالية : يعلن مركز التوجيه والإرشاد لوائح الضبط بالجامعة حتى تكون الطالبات على دراية بها ، وما يخص الوسائل التي تستخدم توصلت النتائج بأن مركز التوجيه والإرشاد يوجه اللوم على الطالبات في حالة عدم التزامهم بالأنظمة ، وتنوع البيئات الثقافية ، الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية للطالبات داخل الجامعة من الصعوبات التي تحد من أداء دور المركز ، كما تبين عدم وجود أية فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات طالبات جامعة الحدود الشمالية بحسب الكليات التخصصية ، وكذلك عدم وجود أية فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات طالبات جامعة الحدود الشمالية بحسب المستوى الدراسي.
The aim of this study was to identify the role of the Center for Guidance and Counseling in the university in the process of social control (from the point of view of female students) As well as to identify the methods and methods used by the Center in achieving social control for students The study also aimed to identify the difficulties that limit the guidance and guidance center in its role in achieving the social control of female students. The researcher also used the questionnaire tool, which was applied to a simple random sample of (170) female students, Distributed to the faculties of the university in various disciplines and levels as well as the general diploma in education, Through its results, the study reached the following results: The Guidance and Guidance Center announces the regulations of the university so that the students are aware of them, And with regard to the means used, the results found that the Center for Guidance and Guidance to blame the students in the case of non-compliance with regulations, And the diversity of the cultural, social, and economic environments of female students within the university of the difficulties that limit the role of the Center, And there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of students of the Northern Border University according to specialized colleges, As well as the absence of any significant differences between the responses of students of the Northern Border University by level of study.
