يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز حكم إيراد المبهم في القرآن الكريم من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على سورة البقرة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قسمت البحث إلى مبحثين؛ تناول المبحث الأول الدراسة النظرية، وشملت التعريف بمبهمات القرآن الكريم وطريق معرفتها، وبداية ذلك العلم واهتمام السلف به، وحكم مدارسته وتعلمه، وتنوع حكمه. وكان المبحث الثاني مختصاً بالدراسة العلمية التطبيقية على سورة البقرة، فبعد دراسة جميع آياتها والوقوف على كافة إبهاماتها، توصل الباحث إلى وجود عشرة أنواع من حكم الإبهام، وهي منحصرة في الآتي: 1/ التحقير. ٢/ التعظيم. ٣/ التنبيه على العموم. ٤/ التقليل. ٥/ التيسير. ٦/ الستر. ٧/ التكثير. ٨/التشنيع. ٩/ عدم وجود فائدة للتعيين. ١٠/ الاشتهار. وقد أشار الباحث إلى الأمثلة والنماذج الدالة على هذه الحكم، ثم ختمت الدراسة بالنتائج والتوصيات وبهذا الملخص، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة كان من توصياتها: إعداد مشروع بحثي لطلاب الدراسات العليا لتناول جميع مبهمات القرآن الكريم -على كافة أنواعها-وإبراز حكمة الإبهام منها.
This research aims to highlight the ruling on the inclusion of the ambiguous in the Holy Quran through an applied study on Surat Al-Baqarah. In order to achieve this goal, the research was divided into two topics. The first topic dealt with theoretical study. It included the introduction of the principles of the Holy Qur'an and its way of knowing it, the beginning of that science and the interest of early scholars with it, the ruling of studying and learning it, and the diversity of its wisdom. The second topic was concerned with the applied scientific study on Surat Al-Baqarah. After studying all its verses and identifying all its ambiguous (places), the researcher found that there are ten types of ambiguity wisdoms. These are: 1/Disdain. 2/Glorification. 3/Alerting in general. 4/reduction. 5/facilitation 6/Concealing 7/Increasing. 8/Calimunation 9/Lack of the benefit of appointment 10/fame. The researcher has pointed to examples and models that demonstrate these wisdoms. The study then concluded with the findings, recommendations, and this summary. Through this study, the recommendations included preparing a research project for graduate students to deal with all ambigious (places) of Holy Qur'an, of all types, and highlighting the wisdom of the ambiguity.
