هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة والمؤثرات الإيجابية التــي تربط ما بين بناء المعرفة واستراتيجيات التعليم الإلكتروني وبناء اقتصاد المعرفة، وذلك من خلال إبراز أهمية بناء المعرفة في المجتمعات وتوضيح ماهية اقتصاد المعرفة وتحديد استراتيجيات التعليم الإلكتروني ذات العلاقة ببناء مجتمعات المعرفة وذلك من خلال الإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة الآتية: ١) ما المقصود بالمعرفة، وما هي كيفية بنائها؟ ٢) ماذا نعني باقتصاد المعرفة وما علاقته ببناء المعرفة؟ ٣) كيف يتأثر بناء اقتصاد المعرفة باستراتيجيات التعليم الإلكتروني؟ ٤) ما الانعكاسات الإيجابية لبناء المعرفة المتحققة باستراتيجيات التعليم الإلكتروني على بناء اقتصاد المعرفة؟ وتم تقسيم الدراسة إلى أربعة محاور في كل محور تم الإجابة عن سؤال من أسئلة الدراسة، ففي المحور الأول تم توضيح مفهوم المعرفة وأنواعها وكيفية بنائها من خلال رأس المال المعرفي وأهميتها في ذلك. وفي المحور الثاني تم الإجابة عن السؤال الثاني من أسئلة الدراسة، وتناول توضيحا لمفهوم اقتصاد المعرفة وأهميته وسمات الاقتصاد المعرفي وعناصره ثم توضيح علاقته في بناء المعرفة أما المحور الثالث من الدراسة فقد أجاب عن السؤال الثالث من خلال توضيح علاقة اقتصاد المعرفة بالتعليم الإلكتروني وكيفية تفعيل هذه العلاقة من خلال تحقيق عدد من متطلبات التعليم الإلكتروني لتوفير أفضل صورة لبناء المعرفة، وبالتالي الرقي باقتصاد المعرفة، كون بناء المعرفة متطلبا سابقا لاقتصاد المعرفة. وفي المحور الرابع أجابت الباحثة عن السؤال الرابع والرئيس من الدراسة من خلال التركيز على الخطوات الأساسية لبناء المعرفة المرتبطة بتطوير منظومة التعليم باستخدام تقنيات التعليم الإلكترونية والتي تعد أساسا لبناء اقتصاد المعرفة. وفي الخاتمة تم التركيز على إبراز عدد من المسلمات التي تعتبر بمثابة الأرض الصلبة التي يجب أن نقف عليها إذا ما أردنا الدعم باتجاه بناء اقتصاد المعرفة من خلال بناء المعرفة في ظل تكنولوجيا المعرفة.
The Current study, aimed to reveal the relationship and influences the positive link between knowledge building and strategies for e-learning and knowledge-based on economy, and by highlighting the importance of building knowledge in societies and to clarify the nature of the economical knowledge and to identify certain strategies of e-learning related to the building of knowledge societies, by answering questions related to study which show the following: 1) What is knowledge, and how to build it? 2) What do we mean the knowledge economy and its relationship to the construction of knowledge? 3) How is affected by building the knowledge economy strategies of e-learning? 4) What are the positive reflections for the construction of knowledge generated e-learning strategies to build a knowledge economy? The study was divided into four axis, in the first axis is to clarify the concept and types of knowledge and how to build it through knowledge capital and its importance in it. In the second axis is to answer the second question of the study questions, and address a clarification of the concept of the knowledge economy and its importance and characteristics of the knowledge economy and its components and then clarify the relationship of knowledge-based on economy to build knowledge. The third one is to clarifying the relationship knowledge economy, e-learning and how activate this relationship through the achievement of a number of requirements for e-learning to provide the best picture of the construction of knowledge, the fact that knowledge building is the former requirement for a knowledge economy. In the fourth axis, the researcher answered the question and the fourth main one of the study by focusing on the basic steps to build the knowledge associated with the development of education system using e-learning techniques, which are the basis for building the knowledge economy. At the end the study highlighted a number of postulates or assumptions which are considered to be the solid ground to stand on them if we have to support towards building the knowledge economy through the construction of knowledge in the light of technology knowledge.
