|a هذا الموضوع تحدثت فيه عن قاعدتين من القواعد الأصولية المستخرجة من كتاب "البيان" للإمام العمراني (ت 558 ه) وقد قسمته إلى مبحثين: \nالمبحث الأول: قاعدة من حروف المعاني "الواو" لمطلق الجمع \nوملخصها: إن حرف الواو اختلف فيه الأصوليون في تحديد معناه الحقيقي دون المجازي، وجمهور الأصوليين أنه: "لمطلق الجمع"، وقال غيرهم: إنه للترتيب، ومنهم من قال: إنه للمعية، والإمام العمراني متفق مع جمهور الأصوليين أنه لمطلق الجمع، وهو القدر المشترك بين الترتيب والمعية.\nالمبحث الثاني: قاعدة: هل الكفار مخاطبون بفروع الشريعة؟\nوملخصها: إن الكفار مخاطبون بفروع العبادات كما أنهم مخاطبون بأصولها، وهذا هو مذهب جمهور الأصوليين، وقيل: غير مخاطبين بها، وقيل: هم مخاطبون بالنواهي دون الأوامر، وقيل: هم مخاطبون بالفروع دون الجهاد، وقيل: المرتد هو المخاطب بالفروع دون الكافر الأصلي. والإمام العمراني مع المذهب القائل بأن الكفار غير مخاطبين بفروع الشريعة مخالفا إمام مذهبة في هذه المسألة.

|f This topic discussed two Usooli (fundamental) rules extracted from the book ‘al-Bayan’ by Imam al-Umrani (D 558 AH). I divided it into two researches:\nThe first research: a principle from the letters of the meanings “waw” for the absoluteness of the plural.\nIts summary is that the scholars of Usool (fundamentals) differered in terms of the Haqiqi (true) of the letter ‘waw’ differed without the metaphorical. The majority of the scholars of Usool (fundamentals) viewed that it is for the absoluteness of the plural. Others said: It is for the order, and some of them said: “It is for implying’. Imam Umrani agrees with the majority of the scholars of Usool (fundamentals) that it is for the absoluteness of the plural, which is the common character between order and implying.\nThe second research: The principle: Are the kuffaar (non believers) addressed with the branches of shariah (Islamic law)?\nIts summary is that the kuffaar are addressed with the branches of Ibadat (worship) and they are also addressed with their fundamentals. This is the view of the majority of the scholars of Usool (fundamentals). some said: “They are not addressed with it (i.e the shariah) and it was said, “They are addressed by the prohibitions and not the commands.” Some said, “They are addressed with the branches except for jihad.” It was said: The apostate is the one who is addressed with the branches and not the original kaafir. . Imam al-Umrani holds the view that the kuffaar are not addressed with the branches of the Shariah (Islamic law), in contravention with the view of the imam of his school of thought on this matter.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
