المستخلص: هذا المقال محاولة لبيان كيفية تعامل العلماء والباحثين مع أحوال التنزيل بما تحويه من عناصر ومقومات، وبما يشكل تضافر هذه العناصر من آثار على مستوى فهم النصوص والكشف عن مقاصدها، ابتداءً بما أرساه الأصوليون من قواعد وضوابط تحكم إعمال هذه الأحوال، وتبين آثار ومجالات توظيفها، ووصولا إلى الإطلاقات التي تبناها الكثير من الحداثيين حول مسألة تأثير أحوال التنزيل ومعهود مجتمع الرسالة لا على مستوى فهم النصوص والكشف عن دلالتها فحسب بل على مستوى طبيعة النص والمجال الذي تعمل فيه. انطلاقا من إشكالات رئيسة تفرضها طبيعة الموضوع وخصوصيته من حيث أنه عودة لواقع التنزيل ومعرفة خصوصياته، ومن حيث العلاقة التي تربط النص القرآني بهذه الأحوال، بما يفرض أمام الباحث إشكالية المنهج المتبع في تحديد هذه العلاقة وإشكالية المجال الذي يمكن توظيف الأحوال فيه، كما يفسر الاختلاف الذي قد يصل حد التباين في الآثار، نتيجة اختلاف المناهج والمنطلقات التي اعتمدها كل من الأصوليين والحداثيين.

This article is considered as a trial which seeks to highlight how scholars and researches deal with the revelation circumstances, including its elements and features. It treats also the consequences that could make the combination of all these last ones on the comprehension of the texts and its objectives, beginning from the rules and criteria established by the fundamentalists ruling the application of these conditions and reveal its effects, and functions fields, coming to the statements adopted by several modernists about the impact of the revelation’s circumstances and conventional language of the Islamic community, not only on the comprehension of the texts and revealing its meanings but also on the text’s nature and its field. Starting from the main issues related to the subject’s nature and its particularity, referring to the revelation’s reality and the recognition of its specifications, the relation between the Quran text and these circumstances, in this case the researcher will face the problematic of methodology which is used to determinate this relation and the field in which these circumstances will be functioned. As well, it explains the disparity which may reach such a huge divergence in the effects, due to the result of the difference between the methods and premises adopted by both fundamentalists and modernists.
