"That the beginning of the emergence of the doctrine of jurisprudence, and the source and foundation of the imams of the people of the house (peace be upon them). They were in the category of legislation and establishment, advocating the adoption of fundamentalist rules and evidence in the place of devolution. They referred to it in novels. Imam al-Baqir (peace be upon him) was one of the pure imams who referred to the rules of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, and taught their students to devise judgments from the shar'i evidence. Although Imam Muhammad ibn Ali al-Baqir (peace be upon him) was the development of Islamic thought, especially the fundamentals of jurisprudence, and the establishment of its blessed rules in the folds of his commandments to his followers and followers. The most important results of the research are: 1- Confirmation of the base of entreaty and work on the certainty of the former in the context of doubt after the adoption of the stories quoted by Imam Muhammad bin Ali al-Baqir (peace be upon him), which Zerara reported a true document. 2- Based on the authenticity of the legitimate patent on the narrations of Imam Muhammad bin Ali al-Baqir (peace be upon him) with various contents and attribution. 3- The narrated accounts of Imam Muhammad ibn Ali al-Baqir (peace be upon him) refer to the rule of employment and the legal reserve in the narrations not to intrude on the calamity nor to say without knowledge and others, which are cited as weak bond. 4- and the narrations that were issued by Imam Muhammad ibn Ali al-Baqir (peace be upon him), which ordered the work to accept the book and presented the conflicting narratives on the appearance of the book and work with what he agreed and left what he had violated.
