المستخلص: The current research is an attempt to show the status of the Prophet's Mosque in Sharea', through the declaration of the many issues related to them, which calls for the detection and search for fundamental rules affecting those issues in order to link the branches to assets and application to theory; and to have the knowledge of the basis of agreement or disagreement in matters related to the Prophet's Mosque to increase students, pilgrims and visitors' understanding of those rules. The researcher followed the descriptive method tracing texts and extrapolating them to obtain the fundamental rules and apply them to issues related to the Prophet's Mosque. The researcher divided the paper into an introduction, a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion: The first chapter contains two sections related to the fundamental rules which are agreed upon evidences. The second chapter contains four sections related to the fundamental rules that are linked to the meanings of words, both in terms of order and prohibition, and whether the prohibition is in the form of stating, the general and particular in terms, or operative and conceptualized in terms of priority of the concept, or apparent and implied. The researcher, in the sole section of the third chapter, discussed how to combine evidences in case of contradiction. The researcher ended the paper with the conclusion of the research and findings.
