المستخلص: The current study aimed to identify the requirements of activating the role of the university in developing the social responsibility of students through the practice of student activities. Social responsibility is considered a vital issue related to all aspects of life and must be given attention and developing it in the life of university students through the practice of student activities at the university. The reason for the emphasis on university students and the need to assume social responsibilities is that they represent a force in political and national life, and play sensitive and accurate roles in social life. This study contained four cores; The first handled the nature of social responsibility and student activities: The second handled the most important features of the role of the university in developing social responsibility among students through the practice of student activities. The third handled the most important obstacles that prevent the achievement of the role of the university in developing responsibility. The study concluded with the fourth core, which deals with the most important requirements for activating the role of the university in promoting the development of social responsibility among university students through student activities. The Study was concluded with giving a necessary recommendation for fostering social responsibility within Egyptian faculties and institutes through their visions, missions, and different practices and activities. This will be through reformulating the culture of university and its faculties for carrying out and practicing social responsibility.

استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على متطلبات تفعيل دور الجامعة في تنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب من خلال ممارسة الأنشطة الطلابية. فالمسئولية الاجتماعية قضية حيوية ترتبط بكافة جوانب الحياة ولابد من الاهتمام بها وتنميتها في حياة الطالب الجامعي من خلال ممارسته للأنشطة الطلابية بالجامعة، ويرجع سبب التركيز على طلبة الجامعات وضرورة تحملهم للمسئوليات الاجتماعية يعود إلى كونهم يشكلون قوة في الحياة السياسية والوطنية، ويلعبون أدواراً حساسة ودقيقة في الحياة الاجتماعية. وقد اشتملت الدراسة على أربعة محاور أساسية: المحور الأول يتناول طبيعة المسئولية الاجتماعية الأنشطة والطلابية، والمحور الثاني يتناول أهم ملامح دور الجامعة في تنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب من خلال ممارسة الأنشطة الطلابية، والمحور الثالث يتناول أهم المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق دور الجامعة في تنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب، وقد اختتمت الدراسة بالمحور الرابع الذي يتناول أهم متطلبات تفعيل دور الجامعة في تعزيز تنمية المسئولية الاجتماعية لدى طلاب الجامعة من خلال الأنشطة الطلابية، والتوصية بضرورة تبني الجامعات المصرية بكلياتها ومعاهدها للمسئولية الاجتماعية في رؤيتها ورسالتها وأهدافها وأنشطتها وممارساتها المختلفة، وذلك من خلال إعادة تشكيل ثقافة الحرم الجامعي وكلياته للعمل على تنفيذ وممارسة المسئولية الاجتماعية فكراً وممارسة.
