المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديرات مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة عنيزة في توفير البيئة الصفية الإبداعية في من وجهة نظر المعلمات، كما هدف إلى الكشف عن الفروق في وجهات نظر المعلمات لدرجة ممارسة مديرات مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة في توفير البيئة الصفية الإبداعية تعزى لاختلاف (سنوات الخبرة - التخصص الأكاديمي)، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي والمقارن وكان مجتمع البحث جميع المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة عنيزة والتي تضم ٢٥٠ معلمة وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائيا ٠ ٨ معلمة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة.
وقد توصل البحث إلى أن مديرات المدارس يحرصن على توفير البيئة الصفية المادية والاجتماعية والنفسية بدرجة متوسطة. ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول توفير مديرات المدارس لخصائص البيئة الصفية الإبداعية المادية والاجتماعية والنفسية تعزى إلى التخصص الأكاديمي وسنوات الخبرة.
وكان من أبرز التوصيات ضرورة اهتمام مديرات المدارس بتوفير البيئة الصفية الإبداعية من خلال توفير مجموعة من التسهيلات المادية والمعنوية في المدرسة وإدراج مفهوم البيئة الصفية الإبداعية، وكيفية تفعليها، في مقررات الإعداد العام، وتأهيل المعلمات في كليات التربية، بالإضافة إلى تخصيص جزء كبير من الدورات المقامة في مراكز التدريب لمديرات المدارس، تدور حول البيئة الصفية الإبداعية، من حيث مفهومها، وأهميتها، وكيفية تفعليها. إعداد نشرات و مطويات تربوية، حول مفهوم البيئة الصفية الإبداعية وأهميتها، وطرق تفعيلها، وتوزيعها على المعلمات ومديرات المدارس من قبل المشرفات، وتفعيل دور المديرات في تطوير مفهوم البيئة الصفية الإبداعية لديهن، وذلك بتدريبهن على توفير البيئة الصفية.

The aim of this research is to identify the degree of middle school female principals practice in Unaizah governorate for providing a creative classroom environment in the viewpoint of female teachers. Also, it aims to reveal the differences in female teachers' views to the degree of the practice of middle school female principals in the governorate for providing creative classroom environment attributable to the difference in (years of experience - academic specialization). The descriptive and comparative survey method was used. The research community consisted of all middle schools in Unaizah governorate, which includes 250 female teachers. A sample was randomly chosen consisting of 80 female teachers, and the questionnaire was used as a tool.
The research found that school female principals are keen to provide the physical, social and psychological classroom environment with a moderate degree. There are no statistically significant differences regarding the provision of school female principals for the characteristics of the creative, physical, social and psychological classroom environment due to academic specialization and years of experience.
Among the most prominent recommendations was the need for school female principals to give interest to providing the creative classroom environment by providing a set of material and moral facilities in the school and to include the concept of the creative classroom environment, and how to activate it in the general preparation courses, and to qualify the female teachers in colleges of education, in addition to allocating a large part of the courses held in training centers for school female principals revolving around the creative classroom environment, in terms of its concept, importance, and how to activate it. Preparing educational brochures and pamphlets on the concept of creative classroom environment and its importance, methods of activating it and distributing it to female teachers and school principals by female supervisors, in addition to activating the role of female principals in developing the concept of creative classroom environment for them, by training them to provide the creative classroom environment.
