المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى المعلمين والتلاميذ، ومدى ممارسة الإدارة المدرسية لهذا الدور، والكشف عن الفروق بين أفراد عينة الدراسة حول إسهام الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى المعلمين والتلاميذ وممارستها لهذا الدور. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال عملية الوقوف على المحاور النظرية التي تناولت مفهوم المواطنة وإسهام الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى المعملين والتلاميذ، والدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بالموضوع، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (70) مديرا في مدينة حمص، ثم تم تطبيق استبانة دور الإدارة المدرسية وبعد تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أبرزها: - الإدارة المدرسية تسهم في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى المعلمين بدرجة كبيرة. ولا توجد فروق تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة. -الإدارة المدرسية تمارس تعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى المعلمين بدرجة متوسطة، وهو أقل من الدور المتوقع منها. - الإدارة المدرسية تسهم في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى التلاميذ بدرجة كبيرة. - الإدارة المدرسية تمارس تعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى التلاميذ بدرجة متوسطة، وهو أقل من الدور المتوقع منها. -أن الدور الموجه لتعزيز الانتماء الوطني لدى المعلمين من قبل الإدارة المدرسية أقل من الدور الموجه للتلاميذ.

The study aimed to identify the role of the school management in the promotion of national belonging among teachers and pupils, and the extent of the practice of school administration for this role, and the disclosure of the differences between the study sample about the contribution of the school administration in the promotion of national belonging among teachers and pupils and the exercise of this role. To achieve the objectives of the study were used descriptive approach by standing on the theoretical themes that dealt with the concept of citizenship and contribution to the school administration in the promotion of national belonging among teachers and pupils, and previous studies relevant process, and was selected a random sample of (70) as director in Homs , then it was applied to identify the role of the school management and after analyzing the results and interpretation of the study reached a number of conclusions, notably: - School management contribute to the strengthening of the national affiliation of teachers significantly. There are no differences due to the variables of the study. - School management exercises strengthen the national affiliation of teachers moderately, which is less than the role expected of them. - School management contribute to the strengthening of national belonging among students significantly. - School administration exercised strengthen national identity among students moderately, which is less than the role expected of them. - Be directed to strengthen the sense of national belonging to the role of teachers by less than oriented to students the role of school management.
