المستخلص: The aim of the study to identify the impact of the challenges of a society of knowledge in strategic planning to face crises of education in secondary schools, as well as the identification of differences of statistical significance between averages of the response of the members of the sample on their views in the use of the strategic planning in the face of the educational crises which were attributable to a variable,, qualifying and training courses, and the number of years of experience), in order to achieve the objectives of the study was the use of the descriptive approach, consisted in the study sample of, 155 educational guide secondary school in the Qena Governorate, the study found that the difference in the specialties of some teachers on the subject of the most important causes of crisis, and that the presence of a clear plan for school to deal with crises of the most important requirements for planning to crises, and also the school measuring the extent to achieve the objectives of the plan of the most important criteria for the success of the face of crisis, and the amendment of the roles and responsibilities according to the performance of individuals in the implementation of the plan of confrontation, One of the most important criteria needed to rectify the plan of the face of crisis, and the study found that there were differences of statistical significance between averages of the response of the members of the sample on their views in the use of the strategic planning in the face of crises of education in secondary schools were attributable to a variable (qualifying and training courses, and the number of years of experience).

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف اثر تحديات مجتمع المعرفة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي لمواجهة الأزمات التعليمية بالمدارس الثانوية، وكذلك تحديد الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد العينة حول آرائهم في استخدام التخطيط الاستراتيجي في مواجهة الأزمات التعليمية والتي تعزي لمتغير (المؤهل، والدورات التدريبية، وعدد سنوات الخبرة) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (155) مديرا بالمدارس الثانوية بمحافظة قنا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن اختلاف تخصصات بعض المعلمين عن المواد التي يدرسونها من أهم أسباب حدوث الأزمات، كما أن وجود خطة واضحة للمدرسة للتعامل مع الأزمات من أهم متطلبات التخطيط للأزمات، كذلك قيام المدرسة بقياس مدى تحقق أهداف الخطة الموضوعة من أهم معايير نجاح مواجهة الأزمات، كما أن تعديل الأدوار والمسؤوليات وفقا لأداء الأفراد في تنفيذ خطة المواجهة، من اهم معايير اللازمة لتقويم خطة مواجهة الأزمات.
