|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أثر برنامج قائم على التعلم التشاركي عبر محررات الويب في تنمية بعض مهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة والاتجاه نحو العمل الحر لدى طلاب التعليم الفني التجاري، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، ولتحديد مهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة قامت الباحثة بتحليل محتوى مادة إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة لطلاب الصف الثاني الثانوي التجاري بالمدارس الثانوية الفنية نظام الثلاث سنوات، وتم إعداد أدوات الدراسة متمثلة في برنامج قائم على التعلم التشاركي عبر محررات الويب كمتغير مستقل والاختبار التحصيلي لمعارف إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة، واختبار المواقف الأدائية لمهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو العمل الحر كمتغيرات تابعة وتم تطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية مكونة من (47) طالبا بالصف الثاني الثانوي التجاري، وقد تمتعت أدوات الدراسة بالصدق والثبات، لذات قامت الباحثة بتطبيقها بصورة نهائية على العينة الأساسية والتي تكونت من (21) طالبا من مدرسة طلعت حرب الفنية التجارية بإدارة شمال الإسماعيلية التعليمية، وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية لمجموعة من النتائج المهمة وهي:\n1- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي، لصالح التطبيق البعدي عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) في كل من: الاختبار التحصيلي لمعارف إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة، اختبار المواقف الأدائية لمهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة، مقياس الاتجاه نحو العمل الحر.\n2- حجم الأثر من النوع الكبير بين نتائج التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في كل من: الاختبار التحصيلي لمعارف إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة، اختبار المواقف الأدائية لمهارات إدارة المشروعات الصغيرة، مقياس الاتجاه نحو العمل الحر مما يدعم الثقة في فاعلية البرنامج.\nوفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه نتائج البحث قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات التي تساعد في تفعيل الاستفادة من برامج التعليم التشاركي عبر محررات الويب في المراحل الدراسية المختلفة والمناهج الدراسية المتنوعة، توجيه نظر القائمين على العملية التعليمية بأهمية استخدام الأساليب الحديثة في التعلم كالتعلم التشاركي عبر محررات الويب لما له من إمكانات هائلة في التواصل والتفاعل بين الطلاب.

|f The objective of the current research is to identify the impact of a program based on participatory learning through web editors on the development of some skills of managing small projects and the trend towards self-employment among students of business technical education. To achieve the objective of the research, the descriptive and semi-experimental curriculum was used, and to identify the skills of managing small projects, the researcher analyzed the content of the small projects management subject for students of the second year commercial secondary schools in technical secondary schools having three year course. The study tools included a program based on participatory learning through web editors as an independent variable was developed beside the achievement test of the management of small projects, testing the performance attitudes of small project management skills, and measuring the trend towards self-employment as dependent variables. It was applied to a survey sample consisting of (47) students in the second year of commercial secondary. The study tools enjoyed truthfulness and consistency, so the researcher applied them to the primary sample, which consisted of (21) students from Talaat Harb Technical Commercial School at North Ismailia Educational Department. The current study reached a number of important results including:\n1- There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of the students of the experimental group in the pre and post applications, in favor of the post-application at a level of (0.01) in each of: the achievement test of small business management knowledge, the performance attitude test for small project management skills, and the trend scale towards self-employment.\n2- The magnitude of the impact of the large type between the results of the pre and post applications in each of: the achievement test of the knowledge of the management of small projects, the test of the performance positions of the skills of managing small projects, and the measure of the trend towards self-employment, which supports confidence in the effectiveness of the program.\nIn light of the results, the research presented a series of recommendations that help to activate the use of participatory education programs through web editors at different levels and curricula and drawing the attention of those involved in the educational process towards the importance of using modern methods of learning such as participatory learning through web editors because of its enormous potential in communication and interaction between students.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
