تركز هذه الدراسة على تطور البرنامج النووي الإيراني النووي الذي أبرم بين إيران والدول الكبرى عام ٢٠١٥ وانعكاساته السلبية والإيجابية على تركيا، وتأثير هذا الاتفاق على تطور العلاقات الإيرانية التركية، وقد تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيسي المتمثل في: إلى أي مدى يؤثر الاتفاق النووي بين إيران والدول الكبرى على تركيا؟، ويتفرع من هذا السؤال البحثي عدد من الأسئلة الفرعية على النحو التالي: ١-ما هي طبيعة الاتفاق النووي الإيراني؟ ٢. ما هي انعكاسات الإنفاق النووي الإيراني على تركيا؟ أما فرضية الدراسة فقد أشارت إلى إن الاتفاق النووي بين إيران والدول الكبرى ستكون له انعكاسات على تركيا، سواء هذه الانعكاسات إيجابية أو سلبية، وسيكون لهذا الاتفاق تأثير على العلاقات الإيرانية التركية، وللتحقق من صحة الفرضية، والإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، والمنهج التاريخي، والمنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي باعتبارهم المنهاج الأنسب في تناول مثل هذه الدراسات، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تتبع مراحل تطور الملف النووي الإيراني والمحطات الهامة في تاريخه، ودراسة أثر الانعكاسات الإيجابية، والسلبية للاتفاق النووي الإيراني على تركيا، وقد اعتمد البحث في جمع المعلومات، على مجموعة من المصادر، والمراجع المتمثلة في الكتب، والدوريات، والرسائل العلمية، والصحف، بالإضافة إلى شبكة المعلومات الدولية، وقد تم تقسيم هذه الورقة، إلى عدة محاور رئيسية تمثلت في: أولاً- نشأة وتطور البرنامج النووي الإيران، اما المحور الثاني فتناول الاتفاق النووي الإيراني ومواقف القوى الإقليمية والدولية منه، بينما تناول المحور الثالث الانعكاسات الإيجابية والسلبية للاتفاق النووي على تركيا وتأثير هذا الاتفاق على العلاقات الإيرانية التركية.
