تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان تأثير الأزمة السورية على العلاقات الإيرانية التركية، تلك الأزمة التي أدت إلى تكريس الفراغ الاستراتيجي في المنطقة، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تنافس القوى الإقليمية لملء هذا الفراغ، بحيث ظهرت كل من إيران، وتركيا كقوتين إقليميتين، لكل منهما مشروع إقليمي يسعى إلى التمدد، وفرض مكانه في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وذلك بهدف لعب دور مؤثر في السياسة الدولية. وقد تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيسي، المتعلق بمدى تأثير الأزمة السورية على تطور العلاقات الإيرانية التركية، ومن خلال هذا السؤال برزت عدداً من الأسئلة الفرعية. أما فرضية الدراسة فقد أشارت إلى أن إيران، وتركيا دولتان جارتان، ولهما ثقلهما الإقليمي، وهما يكونان مرتكزاً أساسياً في المنطقة، وعليه فلابد أن تنشأ بينهما علاقات متذبذبة، ما بين الاستقرار، والتوتر متأثرة بأزمات عدة أهمها الأزمة السورية وللتحقق من صحة الفرضية، والإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، والمنهج التاريخي، والمنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي باعتبارهم المنهاج الأنسب في تناول مثل هذه الدراسات، وتهدف الورقة إلى التعرف على تأثير الأزمة السورية العلاقات الإيرانية التركية، وقد اعتمد البحث في جمع المعلومات، على مجموعة من المصادر، والمراجع المتمثلة في الكتب، والدوريات، والرسائل العلمية، والصحف، بالإضافة إلى شبكة المعلومات الدولية، كما تم تقسيم هذه الورقة ، إلى عدة محاور رئيسية تمثلت في أولاً أسباب نشوء الأزمة السورية، ثانياً- أهمية سوريا بالنسبة لإيران وتركيا، وثالثاً موقف كل من إيران وتركيا من الأزمة السورية، أما رابعا فتم التركيز فيه على تأثير الأزمة السورية على العلاقات الإيرانية التركية، ثم ختمت هذه الورقة بخاتمة تجمع كل الأفكار الرئيسية.
This study seeks to show the impact of the Syrian crisis on the Iranian-Turkish relations, which led to the consecration of the strategic vacuum in the region, which led to the competition of regional powers to fill this vacuum, so that both Iran and Turkey emerged as regional powers, each regional project seeks To expand, imposing its place in the Middle East with the aim of playing an influential role in international politics. The problem of the study was the main question concerning the impact of the Syrian crisis on the development of Iranian- Turkish relations. The hypothesis of the study pointed out that Iran and Turkey are neighboring countries, and they have their regional weight, and they are the main anchor in the region, and must therefore have a fluctuating relationship between stability and tension affected by several crises, the most important of which is the Syrian crisis. In order to validate the hypothesis, and to answer the questions of the study was used descriptive analytical method, historical approach, and inductive and deductive approach as the most appropriate approach in dealing with such studies, and the paper aims to identify the impact of the Syrian crisis Iranian- Turkish relations, the research was based on information collection, A number of sources and references, such as books, periodicals, theses and newspapers, in addition to the international information network. This paper has been divided into several main axes: First, the reasons for the emergence of the Syrian crisis. Turkey, and third, the position of both Iran and Turkey on the Syrian crisis, and fourthly, it focused on the impact of the Syrian crisis on the Iranian-Turkish relations, and then concluded this paper with a conclusion combining all the main ideas.
