تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير أحزاب الحريديم على هجرة اليهود إلى فلسطين، هذه الأحزاب السياسية، ومنها حزب يهدوت هتوراه، هي أحزاب يغلب عليها الطابع الديني المتشدد فكراً وممارسة، ويتميز الحريديم بعدم انخراطهم في العمل والخدمة العسكرية، ومنعزلون اجتماعياً، وهذا الأمر خلق نوعاً من التنافر والخلاف بين العلمانيين والمتدينيين، إلا أن المجتمع الإسرائيلي تمكن من استيعابهم والتعايش معهم، وكان لهم أثر واضح في الأحوال الشخصية والتشريع والتعليم وغيرها. وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة في هذا الخلاف القائم داخل إسرائيل، وفي دور أحزاب الحريديم في سياسات هجرة اليهود إلى فلسطين، وموقفها من قوانين العودة والجنسية والقومية، وإسهاماتها السياسية والحزبية في هذه القضايا الاستراتيجية، وإذ يرغب الباحث في الإسهام في المعرفة العلمية البحثية في هذا المجال فقد استخدم (اقتراب تحليل النظم) لدافيد ايستون بدراسة ظاهرة تأثير أحزاب الحريديم على الهجرة إلى فلسطين، وتحليل مشاركاتها السياسية في المعارضة والحكومات استجابة لمطالبها وتوجهاتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن لهذه الأحزاب تأثير ملحوظ في سن القوانين ذات العلاقة بالهجرة، ومنها قانون العودة وقانون الجنسية وقانون القومية الذي ما زال صداه حتى اللحظة لما وصف به من عنصرية وتمييز، وأثر جلي على التماسك المجتمعي أو ما يسمى ببوتقة الصهر الإسرائيلية، الأمر الذي دفع الباحث إلى التوصية باستخلاص العبر والاتفاق على القواسم المشتركة في مجتمعاتنا العربية، وقبول الآخر المخالف في الفكر والرأي، والاستفادة في الصراع من نقاط ضعف وقوة المحتل الإسرائيلي.
This study aims to identify the Haredi parties impact on the Jewish immigration to Palestine These political parties which including Yahdot Hatorah party, are religious in ideology and practice, The Haredim are characterized by their lack of involvement in work and military service and they are socially isolated, and this creates a kind of dissonance and disagreement between the secular and religious, but the Israeli society assimilates and coexists with them, and they had a obvious impact on personal status and legislation, education etc. The problem of this study lies in the current dispute within Israel, Haredi parties role in the Jewish immigration to Palestine policies, their attitude towards the laws of return, nationality and nationalism, and their political and partisan contributions on these strategic issues. The researcher wishes to contribute to scientific research in this field. So he used (System Analysis Approaches) of David Easton to study the phenomenon of haredi parties' influence on immigration to Palestine and to analyze their political participation in the opposition and governments in response to their demands and directions. The study found that these parties has a significant influence in the enactment of laws which related to immigration, and that include the Law of Return, the Nationality Law and the National Law, which until now has been repelled by racism and discrimination, and a clear impact on community cohesion and sharing in the so-called Israeli melting pot. The researcher to recommend to draw across and searching the agreement on the common denominators in our Arab societies, and acceptance of the diversity and who is differing in thought and opinion, and to take advantage of the conflict from the weaknesses and strength of the Israeli occupier.
