(3) the lack of statistically significant differences between male and female differences in social interaction. (4) there is a statistically significant correlation between the non-verbal communication skills among teachers and social interaction with children, In light of these findings it suggested the researcher attention to the preparation of kindergartens, especially in the field of social communication parameters, as well as increased interest in conducting research addressing the variables that affect the social and psychological development of the child of what constitutes a community development foundation, and work on the distribution of graduates from kindergarten on government kindergartens. يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على العلاقة بين مهارات التواصل غير اللفظي لدى المعلمات وعلاقتها بالتفاعل الاجتماعي عند أطفال الرياض، تكون مجتمع البحث من معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية )الاتحاد النسائي-نقابة المعلمين) وأطفالهم من الفئة الثالثة في مدينة دمشق، وقد تم سحب العينة العشوائية منهم والتي بلغت (30) معلمة، و(75) طفلا وطفلة، واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية: بطاقة ملاحظة لمهارات التواصل غير اللفظي من أعداد الباحثة بالإضافة إلى قائمة رصد التفاعل الاجتماعي من إعداد علا المغوش، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، وأتت نتائج البحث كما يلي:(1) وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين مهارات التواصل غير اللفظي لدى المعلمة وعدد سنوات الخبرة.(2) وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين مهارات التواصل غير اللفظي لدى المعلمة وعدد الدورات التدريبية. (3) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في التفاعل الاجتماعي. (4) وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين مهارات التواصل غير اللفظي لدى المعلمات والتفاعل الاجتماعي عند الأطفال، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج اقترحت الباحثة تدعيم مهارات التواصل غير اللفظي لدى المعلمات من خلال عقد دورات تدريبية أثناء الخدمة، إجراء دراسات مماثلة في مناطق أخرى من سوريا وفي مراحل عمرية مختلفة للكشف عن التفاعل الاجتماعي الموجود لدى الأطفال والعمل على تنميته
