الموت سر عجيب ينفر كثير من الناس من الحديث عنه، رغم أنه الحقيقة الكبرى والمؤكدة في هذا الوجود، وقد كان للشعراء مواقف خاصة منه عبر العصور الأدبية المختلفة منذ الجاهلية وحتى عصرنا الحديث مع اختلاف وجهة نظر الشعراء الرومانسيين الذين احتفوا به ورحبوا مفردين له قصائد خاصة. ينتمي عزيز فهمي إلى شعراء مدرسة أبوللو، حيث إن مفهوماً جديداً للشعر بدأ يظهر بقوة في آفاق الشعر المصري آنذاك، فقد أخذ هؤلاء الشعراء ينسحبون من صخب المجتمع وعالم السياسة وأهلها هاربين إلى بكائيات الحب الشاردة، لائذين بمظاهر الطبيعة الشاحبة الحزينة، أو بأكفان الموت وأشباحه، وتحت تأُثير الصورة الحالمة للموت في الشعر الرومانسي يلوذ شاعرنا الهروبي بوطن الموت حين تستبد به الغربة الروحية، فالموت عنده حلم جميل... وتطلع إلى الخلود، لذلك فهو يختلف عن موت العاجزين القاعدين. وقد جاء البحث في ثلاثة محاور: - حياة الشاعر واتجاهه الأدبي. - صورة الموت في شعر عزيز فهمي. - الرثاء في شعر عزيز فهمي.
Death is a grand mystery that many people refrain from talking about‘ although it is the principal verity that has confirmed itself in our existence. Poets have had special perspectives in this regard through the different literary ages since A1 Jahilia era and even through to our modem day ‘with the exception of the Romantic poets who celebrated and welcomed “death” through specific poetic subgenres. Aziz Fahmy belongs to the poets of the Apollo School, where a new concept of poetry began to emerge strongly in the horizons of Egyptian poetry at the time ‘these poets are retreating from the hustle of society and the world of politics and its people escaping to the wailings of fleeting love, Under the inspiration of the pensive picture of death in romantic poetry, our transcendentalist poet takes refuge in the homeland of death when obsessed with spiritual alienation.
